I had a pair of Bluedio R+ legend headphones which I happily used for a year before they broke. I got in contact with the seller after discovering there was a one year warranty and was helped by their excellent customer service rep Emily Xiaoying. She gave me the option to upgrade to the Bluedio U as they addressed some of the issues I had with the Bluedio R+, namely their fragility.I've had them for about a day now and so far they seem excellent. The build quality seems incredibly high, they are super comfortable and fit well over my ears (even though my head could probably be described as quite a bit larger than average), the sound is more balanced than the R+, which had, in my opinion, a somewhat overpowering bass, and the bluetooth seems far less finicky than it ever did with the R+.Overall, I'd say I like the Bluedio U a lot more than I did the Bluedio R+, and I was already super content with the latter.
