package arrived open from one side tape was not securing the cardboard box and the product shown on your web side does not reflect the real size that it is (small)

One side stopped working - Buyer Beware!
These ear buds are easy to use and sound is great. However, 6 months after getting them, the left side stopped working. I can still use it for turning off, turning music up and down, but no sound comes out of the left side. I have tried to reset them many times, still doesn't work. Makes me sad because I use them every day and I did like them a lot. If both sides worked, I'd give 5 stars. Get's one star because after only 6 months doesn't work.I must add that the customer service is a chat session and it sucks! They tell me to reset...I've some that so many times but still doesn't work. Garbage!!!Ok. So, the company did right by me. I contact the customer service center..they sent me a new pair! They sound great!

Ok
They were working fine for about a week but then one side just stopped working but the other side still sounds great I hope it last longer

Headphone not working
The headphone is not functional in 2 months itself.pathetic.

Working very well for my phone and laptop
I need to buy a new headphone because my old one was not working well. I prefer one side and this one working nicely for me. clear to hear and my coworkers have no issues to hear me anymore.

one side stopped working
only took a week and the power stopped being sent to the right earbud... however i managed to semi-fix it

Great headphones for the price
Great customer service as well, replaced free of charge when one headphone stopped working.

Perfect but.....
This product is amazing. The sound is really clear. The design make you look like a pro gamer. This headphone is flexible and it has the cushion for your head. The previous ones I own are kinda rigid so it normally broke near areas bending occurs. One thing I'm not a fan of is where the headphone volume controller is placed. Also the headphone volume controller can sometimes makes the sound off like the left side is a little louder then the right side.
