This wireless lapel microphone kit from BOYA is actually surprisingly good. Whether you use the built-in microphone in the transmitter, or plug in the external lavalier microphone to clip on your shirt, the audio quality is crisp and clear. I was honestly surprised at how clear it was, as I wasn’t able to tell a difference from the condenser microphone I tried for comparison. For my use, I run the Lavalier microphone up my shirt and clip it on the inside, and even right there it picks up my voice amazingly. Using it outside, even on a windy day it does a great job at not picking up all the wind noise. The range is really good, however it does have a tendency to cut out if you move around too much and your body gets between the transmitter and receiver, even when close to the receiver. The OLED display is very nice, true OLED. Whether it’s on or off, it’s solid black. I like how you’re able to see and adjust the gain on the fly on both the transmitter and receiver. The receiver does have a headphone jack so you can live listen and adjust as needed on the fly. Both the transmitter and receiver are very small and fit in the palm of my hand. You’re able to use it with DSLRs, computers, tablets, and even smartphones. Keep in mind if you don’t have a 3.5mm jack on your phone, you will need a dongle to plug it in. The audio quality is great and definitely an improvement over the built-in audio on your smartphone or camera, especially at a distance. The only thing I would change, is it should include a carrying/charging case instead of just a drawstring bag. But at least they charge with USB-C! All in all, I can definitely recommend this microphone kit if you want to improve your audio quality and want something small and easy to carry around.

Great little camera. Arrived quickly. But....unstable attached to my laptop. Recommend using a tripod, much more stable.

Got this to replace a few 2.4Ghz wireless dongles which captured a lot of interference and were virtually unusable. This operates in the 500Mhz band and has no interference at all. Sound quality good. Setup excellent. I'm powering the receiver with a 6000 mah Li-ion rechargeable battery and operating the entire system w/o AC power. Four microphones with receiver for about the same price as one pair of 2.4 Ghz dongles. Receiver XLR outputs is snaked right into my mixer (also battery powered.) Great product!

My daughter does interviews at school for tik tok and I bought this for her to use instead of her wired microphone. She loved it and is so glad to have a wireless option. It was very affordable (on sale @ 70% off) and easy to set up. Great stocking stuffer and very adorable!!

Great product for the price! Simple to use with good sound quality.

This feels like a quality product. Not going to tip over and mic will hold its' position w/o a problem. I did some initial testing from about 12" from mic. Sounded good. Actually talked while rotating 360 degrees in my chair and it picked up sound all the way around. It dropped off a good bit after the first 90 degree turn however.
