Quality microphone with some straightforward settings. The volume control knob in the front is a bit wobbly when compared to the quality of the rest of the device, but not a reason to avoid it.

Performance of the product
It does block out background noises when you turn on the noise cancellation except if people are in your immediate surroundings. That is to be expected because it is a microphone.
