I needed an upgrade for my webcam with more and more remote/video meetings. I really like the simplicity of having the light integrated to the camera. The light is adjustable and has 3 different brightness levels, plus an "off" button.I also like the longer HDMI cord (compared to my prior webcam) so it can connect my computer dock.

It’s easy to setup and it’s the best webcam I owned because this is the first ever webcam I bought. The picture quality is like decent. The mic on there is crap, why even put a mic on there? Please have a micless version so your only paying for the camera part! The material is ok. I’m kinda disappointed that the camera is 30fps instead of 60

We bought this for our 5 year old's zoom classes so that he could use the bigger desktop monitor instead of having to squint at the smaller laptop screen. The webcam works great and it sits well on the monitor. And, the picture is very crisp and clear. The red and green lights clearly indicate when the webcam is on and off. Very satisfied with the purchase.

I became anxious waiting for my district hover-cam to get here on time before school starts so I hooked this up to a flexible goose-neck webcam stand and tada it worked! Plug and go with easy interface. Video quality is amazing. SO my hover-cam came in last night...3 days before school starts. I will be taking this home and utilizing it there as needed also and sharing with my husband who teaches. The only con is there is no zoom feature so you would have to adjust whatever stand you buy if you are trying to double this as a hover-cam. HD webcam + goose-neck webcam stand for a total of $55! You can't beat that when you are in a pinch!

 The Amcrest AWC-195B webcam is a good value. It provides 30fps video and a good picture in optimal and even low light situations. The audio tends to be a bit tinny, but background noise rejection is quite good. The detachable privacy cover and status LED on the front of the webcam are welcome additions, as is the tripod nut mounting option. It attaches to a monitor easily and the base is slightly weighted so it can simply set on a flat surface. The image is sharp and clear with excellent focus.I compared it to a generic cheaper webcam, as well as an action camera and digital camcorder through an HDMI-USB adapter. It did very well, and far exceeded the generic webcam in frame rate and picture quality, although the generic webcam did have more vivid color.With the current need to work from home and video chat, the Amcrest webcam is quite useful. In addition, it is readily available, as I received it with two day shipping.I recommend it for price and quality. I should note that Amcrest asked me to provide an honest review of the webcam and offered reimbursement for the cost of it, but did not ask me to post an Amazon review.

We are not big techie people. This webcam was so easy to “install” and use because the directions were excellent. I was very impressed with the picture quality and ease of use.

Not much to say about this webcam. It was easy to get up and running and the quality looks good. It has a privacy slider that probably won’t get used very much but it’s nice to have. It’s not too big so it doesn’t clash/look weird on a monitor. Overall it’s a nice little webcam that I’d definitely recommend.

1.Amazing webcam Amazing web cam, does what it says on the tin, came well packaged and secure, comes in a black box with a white sleave, after removing the white sleave either side and opening the black box the Webcam came with a small piece of foam over the top. This is a plug and play device which means no drivers are required to install, the wire to the webcam is coax so can easily be stretched if over done, on the wire is a switch but haven't quite figured this out yet as I've been busy with work but will soon, the webcam has a built in mic that picks up sound perfect, the picture quality is crystal clear with the suggested resolution of 640x480, there are 3 small led's that help with low light.Overall a great webcam for the price and can be given as a gift, it's perfect to Skype family and friends
