Good build quality. Rivals the expensive neutral density filters.
This is a great variable neutral density filter. I like the fact that you can adjust the neutral density grading by turning the filter. This permits easy adjustment depending on the scene being captured.

Good for motion blur (ND) but I’m not so sure abou
As Neutral Density filters, these are great. They are good for motion blur.But what about polarisation? How do you rotate the thing when it’s up in the air? (it can help reduce reflection from rivers and streams but the orientation of the thing has to be right!)

Great filter!
While most neutral density filters require that you have five or six different densities, this wonderful gadget is adjustable with the simple turn of a dial on the filter, from minimal filtering all the way up to quite dark. I plan to use this often! Great service from this seller, too, prompt delivery with no hassles.

neutral density filter
his should make capturing dreamy waterfalls much easier. first time I tried it was an over cast day, but I could see how easy this will be to get the results I want.

Another perfect KNF filter
This thing is beautifully made and beautifully machined. All of the rotation are smooth and fluid. The low profile brass ring screws on the lens barrel perfectly.This is an interesting diffusion filter which gives you a variable neutral density while at the same time giving you 1/4 soft effect. The result is gorgeous. I prefer the optical effects to the digital ones and it certainly saves time when you were doing video.The glasses optically perfect and the neutral density gives me the option to lower down the shutter speed to get some smoother shots on things like moving waves. The diffusion effect is subtle but it softens the edges of the shadows just enough to give you a nice pleasing effect. It also works great on skin.I was able to enhance this sunset shot in camera with this filter without having to do any digital processing. The shadows were harsh and the sun was a little too bright. This soften the light and at the same time allowed me to smooth out the water with a longer exposure.

Neutral density filter set
So far I am using only one of the neutral density and polarizer filters! The color quality is superb.

Great filter + Good service from "Snapshots UK"
This filter is very fun to use, and can cut light down dramatically in photos! I can usually manage about a 6-7 minute exposure on a cloudy day, which is more than enough. Another positive aspect of this filter is that it is much better than a similar ND filter that slides into a filter holder, as the screw on filter style reduces reflected light and dust problems.The only downside to the product (to prevent me giving a 5-star rating) was that the filter gets dirty very quickly, and the unique coating makes cleaning it safely a challenging task.The service was good; the product arrived within the standard delivery time, and was hand-packaged and addressed in a bubble-wrap lined envelope, which was a nice touch.I recommend this product to any serious professional/hobbyist photographer in need of a strong neutral density filter - you won't find anything much better!

Quality without the cost
When these arrived the box rattled and I was worried.The set of 5 neutral density (ND) filters (67mm filter thread) arrives all screwed together in a column, except that one had clearly come unscrewed at some point. The metal rim had been banging against the glass on the other 3 for their entire journey to me. And yet, there isn't a scratch nor crack to be seen. Solid. That gives me confidence out in the field.In terms of optical performance they're pretty good. No noticable colour cast. They have a shallow rim to avoid vignetting, albeit the widest I tend to shoot is 20mm (full frame). You can stack them if you want (but why would you when you have the set), or combine with another filter like a UV filter.The big advantages I'm noticing over my variable ND I have is (i) certainty of filter density and (ii) no X patterning that is (only rarely) noticeable.Generally very happy with the quality of these esoecially when compared to more expensive brands. And they plant a tree for every product sold.

It %100 does what it needs to.
I use it taking pictures of the ocean, the sky and the sea are now much visible with it. You can adjust the density of the darkness or the filter effect by rotating it.
