Good camera. CANNOT USE AS WEBCAM.
It's a great camera for its price. I wouldve given 5 stars but I can't understand why with technology nowadays I can plug the cheapest camera into my laptop and it functions as a USB Webcam. It's literally the simplest of functions.Computer has absolutely no detection of V50x when plugged in. But it's whatever. I have a $20 video camera that acts as a Webcam just fine. I only wanted to use this to save desktop space.Good camera though. Will be backpacking in a couple weeks and can't wait to try it out on nature shots and underwater.

On the whole a good value
My use cases: 1. Webcam 2. Underwater camera with the kids. 3. Offroad camera on the trails.This camera performs well for all the uses. I do wish the microphone was betteras I doesn't seem to pickup very far.

Good product.
It's a good device for a small camera. I have a webcam which I use it for sometimes. I would recommend it for a small webcam on your desk - but not a camera. The only thing I have to say is that sometimes it can be crooked when the legs are pulled all the way out. Other than that I like it. Good investment.

Not fancy but great product
I bought this webcam during the Covid lockdown. I use it a few times a week and still using it. If you are looking for a good quality camera with an affordable price, I recommend this camera.

Good value for the price for a sports camera + web
Pros-- Price: 4k sports camera at the fraction of a price + 4k webcam at the fraction of the price!-- Mounting: Comes with all sorts of mounts, and you shouldn't have any problem sticking it on your monitor for a webcam.-- Works with Open Broadcast Studio (OBS) for brightness/exposure effects when your streaming studio arrangement does not have optimal lighting.-- 4K: This has huge viewing angle to capture scenery when you are bike riding. If you are using it as a streaming camera and you are playing guitar, the whole guitar would be visible and audience would be able to see how you are playing notes on the neck as well as plucking strings for arpeggios.Cons-- Use as webcam: Every time you turn it on, you have to make a selection in the menu that pops up to use it as webcam. I wish it would just default to webcam when there is no battery and memory card and connected to a computer with USB cable. This is not a big deal for occasional webcam or streaming camera use. Considering that this is essentially a sports camera, webcam use is a bonus.

The quality of the camera
I like the quality of the camera it’s the top camera I have seen I use iPhone but i prefer the webcam . I use it for d/t photography purposes

Works as intended. No setup needed for use.The downside to this is the zoom level of the camera by default. The zoom is too close for comfort when viewing the preview of your webcam capture.

Works Great as a Webcam
My wife and I bought this for her online Fitness and Yoga classes that she teaches. The camera works great as a webcam and I have used it outside as an action camera. Love it simple and easy to use.
