Excellent customer care and full replacement.
Original 2 star review - Very good when new, although fabric strap on tripod was in last thread. Some light coastal use caused clamps to seize up and legs got gritty sliding up. After 6 months of light use one complete leg fell out.Updated: K&F have got in touch with me to listen to the product issues. They are sending me a full replacement and is on it's way. I am pleased as shows excellent effort with customer service and after sales care and I will hopefully get more use out of this one.

solid construction
I got this to watch my cat while I was out of town. Of course - he knocked it off the counter.I thought for sure it was broken. It wasn't - and I have dropped it myself as well.i was really surprised and thrilled it took several hits and kept going.You know things are not built to last anymore - this one stands out!

The optics are good. The construction is solid, and the value for money is excellent. In my opinion - it is a versatile and thoughtful premium quality solution for beginners and amateur stargazers or nature watchers. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Awesome construction
I use this to hold my two tinker hammers ( not cameras) . I beat this holster up daily. No problems what so ever. Crazy comfy and sturdy.
