My old projector is great. Its compact and produces bright crisp images, but the audio quality doesn't work so well outdoors for movies. I was originally going to just get a sound bar, but then I found a new projector was about the same price. I bought this one, mainly because it looked nice and the price was right. The manufacturer also said it was for outdoor use. The sound quality really is impressive! I was easily able to switch to surround sound for movies and it quickly filled the room and will do the same outdoors.Of course, audio isn't relevant if the picture quality is bad. Again, this projector did not disappoint. I shared some photos I took of movies, photo albums and even a presentation. All were fantastic. I did take some time to tune the image settings for the setting I was in, but that only took a few minutes to figure out how to do. Now its all set and I am quite happy. The projected comes with other expected features, like an adjustable foot to raise and lower the front of the projector, a focus knob and keystone function and button controls on the unit itself. HDMI and AV inputs worked as expected. I assume the other inputs would do the same.The only thing to be aware of is I could not find a tripod/mount adapter. For me this isn't an issue, but if you wanted to mount this to the ceiling, you will need to find another way or ask the manufacturer if there is a way that is hidden. I didn't see any info about it in the instructions, but there is a way to invert the image, so it should be possible.

I decided on this projector because of the high recommendations on various websites and the fact that it is "only" 2,000 lumen (I don't need my eyes blasted out with brightness right before going to bed).I even use this projector in Eco Mode (to extend the bulb life as replacement bulbs are very expensive) and still find the picture to be more than bright enough.I replaced my (discontinued) BenQ W1070 which has a similar image quality and brightness and was several hundred dollars cheaper - if you can find a used W1070 with low bulb hours I'd recommend that one over the HT2050A.I'm projecting onto a high quality Spandex Projector Screen (ASIN: B00A81S4YU) and the picture is great.Note: the Spandex Projector screen can also be used for backlight viewing - so cool!

This TMY Projector became inseparable part of our everyday life. The picture quality is excellent, with vibrant colors and sharp images. The 5G Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities allow for each streaming of content from a variety of devices. The built-in speakers provide very good sound quality no need for any extra speakers. The projector is easy to set up and navigate, with a user-friendly interface. My kids broke their tv and We decided to get a projector instead. It was the best decision ever. They simply turn it on and project whatever they want on their wall (fire stick streaming, Xbox, quest 2). It is definitely safer for the kids room than any tv. The speakers are loud, the picture is amazing. We took it outdoor with us as well. I can’t imagine our life without this projector. It’s a must have for everyone’s home.

 This is absolutely the best projector I've ever received. I picked it up on Halloween and was so excited that it just fits on one wall of my bedroom. The sharpness can be adjusted, the look and feel is good, and the best part is that it is very compact. This projector is great looking with a minimalist design and looks premium I will take it with me when I travel. I will also recommend it to all my friends around me, it's much better than the poor quality projectors that my other friends bought at the same price. So don't hesitate to buy this one!The instructions for the entire machine are also straightforward, and it only took me five minutes to get it set up. I love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure if I'd say get this because it's so tiny and cute and cheap. But I would be fibbing if I told you this was absolutely the best projector I've come across for the price.For the price this can not be beat. I love the color combination especially when I pull it out to watch with the kids.Again I can't emphasize enough how much you are getting for the money. Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended.I have 4 stars on the review because there's room for improvement but I'd like to give it 5 stars [updated stars prior to saving the review ] for the item you're getting for this price.I couldn't have asked for anything better for this price point.

We purchased this projector to use in a large open shed we have in our back yard. We were worried about how much brightness would effect our screen and about hooking a projector up to the PA I use to play music. Without much budget we decided on the Goodie 2020.We have been super excited about this projector. While our space does have some shade, we were able to see the picture pretty clearly at dusk, and after sunset, it felt like watching a very large and very nice HD tv.The built in speakers are ok, but I was able to hook it up to our Apple TV for streaming content and then pass the audio through the AUX send to my board. The sound was great just from the HDMI send to the projector and then AUX to a mono input.With all of the restrictions due to Covid, this has been a great way to watch movies with friends outside where we can spread out and social distance.Love this projector and would totally recommend it. I would say to do the work on the sound export side if you want to hook it up to a stereo system or PA. And like most projectors, you want to spend some time with the audio settings of the device you use to send the video and audio to the projector to ensure you have the correct cables or settings on those devices.

This is almost the perfect projector. I could have given this projector 6 stars out of 5, unfortunately mine has pixel defects (dead pixels / white dots) that are visible during dark scenes :-(Originally I bought this projector for my Halloween window digital decorations as it is bright, colorful and sharp (1080P). The dead pixels do not affect too much for this purpose so did not want to go through the hassle of returning it and risking getting another defective unit.Despite its defect I have fallen in love with this projector so much that I am frequently using it to watch movies with family and friends as it provides an amazing picture and the sound is surprisingly good (better than my Vizio Tv).PROS* Best value for less or around $100* 1080p native resolution that produces sharp images and it can handle 4K sources.* Vibrant colors* Brightness is great on dark rooms, not so good when there is light in the room* Great sound from such a small speaker on a room of 14 x 11 feet* Reasonable screen size ( I project a 90" screen with projector placed at 9'9")* 1/4 inch hole to mount on a tripod (great for Digital Window Decorations for Halloween)CONS- Dead Pixels (White spots on dark scenes)- Keystone adjustment not so good, If projector is not placed almost dead centered then image will not be sharp around edges. Purchased to play movies while traveling with a mini projector. Bought an older projector on the cheap that has weak sound and a three second blue tooth delay. Wired is the only way for me to go. Thought it would turn off with no signal but that is not the case when the 3.5mm jack is used. Searched and found many want to turn off this function. Just slide a 3.5mm plug into the input - the bluetooth still works and mine never turned off until the battery died. Besides all that it is an awesome speaker for the price! I also tested a similarly priced 20w speaker with brick in its name that was not to my liking and for some reason not as loud… the disco lights should have been my first clue.
