The product works perfectly, I can walk around no issue, easy connection, I can’t give it a full 5 stars due to the charging, I would plug it in all night and it would just stop charging, I’m not sure how to tell if it fully charged or not, it does beep when it’s about to do, but no indication of it being fully charged

It works!
I've been using this earpiece for several weeks now and it's honestly the first time where I haven't had any complaints on people being able to hear me. I'm a remote employee and I work from home, airports, bars, etc. In all the locations I've used this everyone has said they can hear me with minimal background noise. Great earpiece, I'd recommend it. So why only 4 stars? The little rubber tip keeps coming off when I take it out of my ear. I'd like for it to be better secured on the unit. When you first open it up, and put it on, it's super secure to the earpiece; over time as dirt and oil from your skin get in, it loosens up and starts to fall off.

Works!!!!
Works very good especially for the price. You do need to play with it a little to make sure it fits the holes but once you get it on it works like a champ.
