The first one kept disconnecting, a second was was sent. CRAZY... the second one looked like it came from someone’s backyard party, dented and dirt caked in the bottom... did not even to bother trying it

First off, I did notice that the attaching hook that goes inside your vent was a little wider than my vent space (2015 Odyssey), so all I did was just ever so gently separate my vents so I could slide it in between and once it's in I don't need to take it out. Though I did decide to change which event I was using and getting it out was not difficult. I wanted to test the strength of the magnets in the base, so I left my phone in my old case with the metal disk attached to the outside and I set it on the new base.Wow, talk about magnetic power... I couldn't get my phone off the stand with it attached to the outside of my case. I HAD to put my metal disk in my phone (new phone) case.In case your wondering, I'm just a regular prime member, I paid full price and get no kickback for this review. This is my honest I opinion of this product... I LOVE IT ❤️

The product is great. Buy it.This review is really about how Amazon screwed me on this transaction and didn’t make it right. I bought the open-box special and when it came it was still paired to the old person’s appleID. So much for all those “quality assurance checks.” Then I call to see how to deal with this and the Amazon rep makes me pair/forget/reboot my phone and the AirPods for 30 minutes before allowing me to start a return. Anyone who knows anything about tech knows none of this will work. Then they only allow me to take the return to the UPS store. So, I have to pack the item, travel and wait in line to fix their mistake. Amazon doesn’t have anymore open box opens and refuses to apply the discount to a new set or provide a credit. A new one will take 3 days to deliver and I needed these for a trip. I decided to take my business elsewhere on this transaction. What a waste. It seems like this failing customer service and increased mistakes is growing within Amazon. Sad and frustrating.So, yes, buy the product, but beware of Amazon’s customer service on some of these electronics.
