These earbuds are good. The over the ear feature prevents the earbuds from coming out of your ears and the volume control is easy to use. The only issue is that the mic does not work very well. I have had multiple people tell me that they cannot hear me, there is a background white noise, and that my voice ounds muffled when I use the earbuds to talk on the phone.

This headset is sturdy and well made. It is holding up well so far but the only thing I didn’t like was that the microphone is non adjustable. You can adjust the length but not how close it is to your mouth.

In the past 20 years, I have gone through my fair share of xlr microphones. Usually, the price tag defines the quality in this area. However, CAROL has changed that game, at a prosumer price level, this microphone really gives you your money's worth. Dialog is crisp and clear and barely any sound editing needs to be done. The only complaint I have is the on/off switch which in my opinion is not necessary. If you have a block on the microphone it will sometimes shut off on its own. I solved this problem by using some electrical tape to keep it always in the on position, but before I found this solution it was a bit frustrating.

Amazon got a 3 rating for me on this because they sent me a damaged product in a damaged box.Nexigo customer service reached out and offered me a new camera. I accepted and canceled my return. The new camera arrived intact and works fine. The privacy screen is flimsy and difficult to open and close without disturbing the camera position. Otherwise, I am happy with the picture, the remote, and especially the ability to zoom.I don't know if it is the seller or Amazon who is to blame for this lousy customer service. This item arrived exactly as the previous owner packaged it for return. In the previous owner's defense, the item must have been vacuum packed into it's tiny box as I couldn't fit it in there either. I was annoyed that the batteries were still in the remote, but then realized I would need a surgical tool to remove the tightly packed batteries. The horribly cheap privacy cover (there was only 1, not 2 as advertised) would not stick to anything anymore. You just cannot resell items that have been mistreated by the previous owner as new! The one nice thing was the USB-A to USB-C adapter, in case you have a new computer. Back you go!
