Great quality and value.

Charging port disappeared
I have had this camera nearly 3 months and it has worked fine. I went to charge it today and discovered the charging port has disappeared. It sounds like it has fallen into the body of the camera since I can shake the camera and hear something rattling around inside. It's a good camera but I'm reluctrant to buy another one if I can't charge itUpdate: I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement free of charge. +++++

Nice product for the price
Nice product. Good sturdy quality. Best for shooting table videoes. It is a all metal body so looks good. It can be extended upto a height of 20 cm. I have used it with my smartphone and point and shoot camera and it worked perfectly fine. The only problem is that i didnot like the tightening screw. Rest it is fine.

Heavy for Physically Impaired, No Available Carryi
Can not find a large enough carrying case for telescope. Tri-pod cases are available. For physically impaired, well defined upper body strength is a must. If you have back problems, not recommended by me unless you have someone else to do the lifting for you. Not giving up on using it just yet, will update when I have more info.

not for display cases
lights work well so does the remote control, but the lights are not for display cases, even in the dark, they're pretty dim and not bright enough for display cases.

Worth the price
Very clear picture at day and reasonable at night.A problem with the app - in many cases, you have to log into the camera twice to see live pic
