We got this as a Christmas gift from my parents. I had very low expectations given the price. But we were blown away by the quality. Its small but packs a punch! Not a projector you'd want for a huge part outside, but its perfect for us watching movies in bed. The speaker is a little quiet but they give you the option to plug in your own via aux port. Very satisfied with our gift and will recommend it to others.

We had nowhere to put a television in my room because of the slanted walls so we decided on a projector! Best decision ever! I was nervous about the quality because of the price but it’s everything I needed. We decided to mount it above our bed. Picture is clear. The volume is good. I hooked my fire stick to it without any issues and you can even use your phone. Great purchase. Totally recommend!

Easy to set up for inside or outdoor viewing. Lightweight and compact. Sound not as powerful for outdoor movie screening, if there is background noise, but comes with aux cable which you can connect to a louder speaker. Easy to do screen mirror. Cannot stream on apps like Netflix, Disney, Hulu, due to copyright, but easy fix, the projector comes with hdmi cable that can connect to Apple TV or roku to stream. Overall satisfied with purchase. Good quality for price.

Purchased this product to do some outdoor, socially distanced movie nights with the family. The projector was available at such a low price, I was hesitant, but the reviews seemed promising so I took a chance. So glad that I did! It shipped quickly and was easy to set up (even for a non-technical person like me). The resolution was really great and I know we're going to enjoy some lovely evenings in the backyard together. Definitely recommend!

(12/10/20) The Focal plane was out of alignment and the Left side of the screen was always blurry. There were also fingerprints on the lens out of the box, so I cleaned them with Microfiber, it didn't help. My son will be using this for school, so I can't have half of the screen with blurry text. I'm willing to try a replacement because it seems like it will be a good projector for the price.*I will update this review once I receive the replacement.

Great mini projector, absolutely recommended for home viewing and personal use. Set the brightness as per the room’s ambiance and connect the sound to an external source for better experience.Can be used in class rooms for augmented learning. The only downside is that they should make these in different colors to match the desired theme. Good price point for a small scale experience. The description already mentions kids so don’t expect a very hi-res performance

 Very good projector for reasonable price! It is very lightweight compared to bulky expensive projectors. There's several ways you can use this. There's always the common way of projecting from your laptop/computer. Also you can hook up your roku or firestick using the hdmi cables. It has a sd card slot if you want to watch stored movies etc. You can also get hdmi adapter/lightning cable for android phones/iphones to mirror watch movies from your phones if theres no wifi available. The built-in speaker is powerful enough if used in a closed small room, but there's always an option of connecting an external speaker just by using an auxiliary/jack cord. We attached our cibest projector to a camera tripod which is very handy. Make sure put some batteries in the remote provided cause you can adjust brightness, color etc. of the picture with it.We recently brought it out on the patio, who needs drive in, when you have this projector! Finding some ways to enjoy yourselves during this social distancing times!

After having MAJOR issues getting it going, and writing a SCATHING 1 star review, I've discovered the problems I had were NOT the fault of this projector, but my dying Dell. Once I tried it on another laptop, all the problems disappeared.Video quality is pretty good for a low price projector putting a SEVEN FOOT (diagonal) screen on my wall. If you're expecting a PERFECTLY CLEAR projector that looks like a 4K Sony flat screen, I hope you have a heck of a lot of money. For the price, this is amazingly clear, sharp, and bright. Yes, I said a 7 FOOT screen. It will go bigger in a larger room, but I only have 10' to the wall I can put it on, and with a tripod, it ends up about 9 feet away resulting in a STILL REMARKABLY big viewing area!!If you have an old camera tripod laying around, you can mount it directly to it, making it easy to get the right height to get over your heads and other obstructions. DON'T buy the one Amazon recommends to use with it. It's not tall enough, and VERY flimsy (but that's a different review).Yes, you DO need a dimmed room for the best viewing experience, but a little stray light doesn't appear to cause a problem. In a lit room, you can still see it, but your contrast is diminished, and darker scenes just don't show up.While I wouldn't go so far as to call the sound Hi-Fi, it is usable in an average room. Yes, get better speakers if your planning on lots of movies, you'll be much happier.My ONLY complaint, is that the sensor for the remote is ON THE BACK of it, so if you have it backed up to a wall, using the remote is VERY "IFFY".. I guess they think we all have 30' long rooms, and are going to sit behind it? Anyway, the back is the WRONG place for the sensor!!Summing it up, this is a good value for the money. If you're looking for your first projector, this will fit the bill.EDIT: I have to add that after a week I've become more amazed at the picture quality for the price. Better than smaller flat screens I've bought at a higher price.
