Took to Hawaii and it performed better than expected for its price. Used it above and underwater.

I am New to the action camera world and wanted a decent camera for vacation that I could get wet and not worry about ruining an expensive phone. I feel for the price you can’t beat it

I have done my research before pulling the trigger. GoPro is more premium in build quality and software experience. But AKASO wins with overall quality and worth. With 100 dollar, you get a decent action camera with decent pictures (search at youtube to find a comparison between akaso and GoPro). What's even better is that you also get a lot of accessories, which could save you money.I do have one complaint about the phone app. The app is used for wirelessly view videos and photos on your camera. It is buggy and slow. The user interface is also very raw. Hope ASAKO could hear the customer and put some focus on the app.

I'll start by saying that I have zero knowledge of action cameras, I have never even touched a go pro. That being said.I found this camera very easy to setup even without downloading the user manual. I actually decided to use this as a camera in my Semi truck. The sticky mount set up very quickly, and held up on my first trip. I tried a time lapse video which again was easy to figure out. I used the 1080 setting and it came out very nice. I am still learning how to set this up for how I plan to use it. So far I love it. My mom liked it so much that she bought her and her husband one for the cars and to use on their motorcycle trips.Also the app seemed to work decent the little bit I used it. Was able to download the video straight to phone as well.The bad... the packaging seems to not have a very good quality control. I was missing mount #3, and mount #9. It had an extra mount #5, and an extra quick reference guide. Not a deal breaker by any means but would have used them at some point. The batteries only last around 2 hours on the 1080p setting time lapse. So I will be finding a mini usb long enough to bbn keep it charging while driving.I will update this as I find necessary and use it more. Would like to see more loop settings beyond just 5 minutes.

I used this camra everyday on my 2 week trip to Hawaii. With snorkeling a lot of the days, hikes ect. I never ran out of battery. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the images especially for the price. I have owned a few GoPros and I haven't noticed much of a difference between the camras.

First camera like this and I love it. It does all it says and at a great price. Looking at taking to a trip to scuba so I’ll see how well it works then. But for the newbie or unsure. I use this cam in my kayak or to film a cool driving session in my car. Plan on doing some nature shots and just have fun with it. May even do a how to video as a forklift mechanic

Been a great action cam for the price. The audio is clear and the picture quality is superb.
