Missing parts
Bought this as I like the versatility. However only 4 of the 9 adaptor rings have arrived so I haven’t been able to try it out yet. Rings received 67 72 77 and 82. Hope you can rectify this, please.

Decent. Bluetooth connection could be better.
Drops bluetooth connection with phone intermittently, which is very annoying. Otherwise, it's great - decent sound quality and microphone. I'd say it drops connection once or twice a day of 4-6 hours of pair time.

Great sound quality. Also works for small groups.
Great sound quality. I use this for work meetings, people on the other side says it is significantly better than built in array on Microsoft Surface Pro 4.Great for small groups sitting on the same side of the microphone.

Lots of fun
I purchased this for my daughter. She loves to sing along with TV shows like The Voice and Masked Singer. The microphone is great. Very good quality and will be lots of fun for her. She loves the blue color.

Great headset
This is a great headset. I use it for occasional use. It is pretty comfortable and definitely has good sound. Microphone works well. It can't compare to the Bose, but for at this price point, you are really getting a good product.

easy to use
easy to use, comfortable and rugged. I like how moving the microphone up until it 'clicks' mutes it. easy to mute/unmute in the middle of a gamealso the volume control dial under the earbud is clean and easy to use

Brilliant customer service
The seller is really good, the microphone stopped working after 6 months so I emailed the seller and they verified there was a mechanical problem and arranged an exchange straight away. No fuss or hassle, very helpful and kind. Thank you

Excellent product for the price
Fantastic little camera with microphone and auto focus. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks. So far, so good. No issues. And everyone tells me the picture quality is phenomenal! Excellent product for the price.

Almost perfect
This microphone is almost perfect. Wife uses it with her Singtrix karaoke machinePROS:WirelessSound qualityCONS:Uses AA battery (some might like that, but I’d rather charge it)volume control isn’t as great
