It works great! We opted for next day delivery, and sure enough, it came the next day. My husband doesn't like the over-the-head earphones, and wishes for two ear buds, but it really works if he will put it on! It is so stressful to try to talk to someone who cannot or will not put their hearing aids in, and this is the greatest invention for stubborn spouses. We can actually turn the TV down from "full blast" when he is using the Pocketalker, and he can carry on a normal conversation when we have company.
