Seller reached out to me with this situation dealing with amazon and they wouldnt follow their garentee of amazon seller step in sent replacement. Works amazing very bright fun modes and all around easy to set up and use. All around great seller and product.

MUCH BRIGHTER than ones that use a USB plug.
These are so very bright. Twice as bright than a comparable Amazon Best seller which uses a USB plug.....an Unbelievable difference between the 2...buy these!
