Came with wrong cable.
This is my second time buying these because I was really happy with the quality. But this time around, they sent it with a micro USB cable. The plug on the charging case is USB-C.

Came as advertised! Update
Product was easy to install. Instructions were clear. Customer support was helpful. Highly recommended. Update 10/9/22. My unit went disabled so I contacted customer service. After a few tries to repair they said the unit was bad. Sent me a new one and worked perfectly. They stand behind their product. Would highly recommend.
