Be sure to get App that has Disney in the name of you are having issues with registration.Please check to see if the S/N of your frame includes the string A133 in it. If it does, it will need to use the newer version of the app. Please download the PhotoShare Frame for Disney app from your App Store. If you don't have an A133 frame, please double check the ten digit Frame ID. If you are using the correct Frame ID, there is a chance that it was not properly registered on our server. Please do a Factory Reset (Settings > System > Factory Default Settings). This should force the frame to either re-register the Frame ID it was given or to pull down a new Frame ID. If you already have photos on the frame, we would suggest backing them up to a USB drive or SD card before factory resetting as everything will be erased. We apologize for the inconvenience. If it still doesn't work, please provide the Frame ID and S/N for troubleshooting purposes.

This is a great frame! Not flimsy at all. It's very sturdy!

Great beginner camera or small lightweight travel camera. Canon has some of the best touch screen controls out there. The controls are very intuitive. It does relatively well in low light, but do not expect miracles as it is not a full frame. The frame rate is plenty fast for sports or fast action ( the auto focus could be a bit faster). Having the Electronic Viewfinder that accurately shows what the picture will look like is a big plus. The fact that you can adapt full frame lenses is a big plus if you already have a full frame camera or are thinking of buying one in the future. To adapt the lenses you will need a EF to EF-M adapter which is not included. If you are going for the most compact and lightweight package then use the EF-M native lenses. They are much smaller and lighter than the full frame versions. A drawback of the M50 is that the battery and memory cards are accessed through the bottom. If you have the camera on a tripod it will have to be removed from the tripod and the tripod plate also removed before you can change either the battery or memory card. If you are going to be using it for videos keep in mind that the 4k mode has a crop. ( Great for far objects, terrible for wide angle views. ) If I had to mention one area that could be improved the first area should be in body stabilizer. Very useful for those lenses that do not have it built in.

 This tripod stands above the best, literally and figuratively. Not only is adjustable to a variable of different heights, it's frame is sturdy ensuring a steady frame and focus and safety of your equipment. The phone attachment holds your phone much more securely than others I've used in the past. The carrying case is so nice and makes it easy to want to take this thing everywhere!

I love the pairing of Frameo with this frame. The app makes it super easy to feed photos to the frame from a variety of sources. The frame display crisp clear, and color accurate pictures.

Arrived ahead of schedule (way to go Amazon) with no issues. I have found this tripod to be sturdy and sure footed. I still use an old-school 35mm SLR, camera is stable, whether placed flat or on an angle. The tripod also came with a smart phone holder, BONUS!! The bubble level is a nice way to keep shots in frame. NICE!!
