The SD card sent to me was defective. But the customer support was excellent. Quick response and they are sending me replacement. I give them 4 stars.

Works good, massages and keeps warm if you set the settings correctly. has music if you dont have an sd card.

Reasonable price for an excellent camera
Easy to follow instructions. Easy to format SD card in the camera setting.Captures good videos and photos.I It comes with a lot of accessories.

Quality Sound Card / Headphone Amp
I've been using this with my Laptop to improve the terrible on-board sound and it's a huge improvement. The sound card is simply plug and play - no software is required. You can however install the creative software for addition sound options and preferences.Listening via my Audio-Technica ATH M50, I'm able to fully appreciate their sound quality compared to the laptop's built-in sound card. Highs range is crystal clear, midrange is smooth and bass is nice and deep, extending nicely into the sub-bass region - although probably not quite as ear massaging as my portable E11 headphone amp, but it is good. Soundstage is decent even with using the closed back M50. Instruments are presented accurately and nicely separated.The sound card itself is made well with a compact profile to allow for easy transportation along with my laptop.Overall, It's an excellent choice for anyone looking to drastically improve on-board sound.

good looking and has seperate pocket for sd card
It is well made, good looking and has seperate pocket for sd card, lanyard, etc. Interior padding is soft and keeps the camera secure.

Shipped very quickly - nicely packaged many accessories. Didn't realize it needed an SD card so waiting to give it a try.

Good for the price
Overall I am satisfied with the product. Wish it came with an SD card. Be sure to download the app or you will not be able to retrieve photos or videos.
