I love it especially for the price. Only complaint is that is lightweight and I have a bunch of junk on the desk and I keep knocking the microphone off. But I can find a way to secure it better. I use it mostly for emails. It has some problems with some text boxes such as the instant message AND reply boxes on Facebook. I need to bring up a dictation window (included with the microphone software) speak my message and then click transfer to put it right back in the IM text box ( or reply box) Then I can click Send and all is well. I'd love to be able to just put my cursor in the IM text box and start talking but it gets hung up. Might be a Facebook problem and other Mike's might do the same.

It is small and barely noticeable. I have one on the little stand made for it in our Board Room so we can live stream Board Meetings straight out of FB Live. I set it to a fixed 140 degree panoramic view that covers the entire Board and the podium. While the built-in microphone works well, I do not use it. I have the audio feed from the pa system plugging into the live feed so I get really good sound. Everyone than needs to be on the audio has a microphone, so that works well. I used it about 1 year and then it went out. I ordered another and checked online at the Jabra support page. They honored a replacement under warranty, so now I have a spare.

I'm still getting the hang of the camera which surprisingly does work without wifi. However, I'm still in the process of understanding the service plans/packages. I bought the cheapest plan and hopefully, it goes well.The customer service is awesome! I've gone back and forth via emails with Kiki and I ALWAYS received a message within 24 hrs (most of the time, even less than that). I was not paid or provided a discount to write this review. I'm serious. This has been the best customer service I've experienced.

The ads always say how saying the holder is and I buy it and I am so disappointed, but this holder is truly STRONG! And I am only using the metal on the back of my phone case. When my husband attached the metal disc the holder came the magnet was even stronger. And the wide, 2 prong holder works so much better then the 4 prong devices for gripping into the vent as well. Great product. I definitely recommend. And no, this wasn't one of those paid for products if you write a good review.

So apparently I just paid full price for an open box that had just been taped shut again. Not only was it obvious from the way it was loosely packed in the box, there was a sticker on the box from Amazon saying as much.However, it did arrive in seeming perfect condition, although the box is missing the instruction manual. So if I want to find anything else out about them, I got to look it up online. Rather inconvenient, but only an inconvenience.My only questions now are how long does the battery last? Is it defective? Why was it returned in the first place?When I pay full price for an item I shouldn't be left with these questions. I should be getting a brand new, untouched product.Update: so the product wound up being in excellent shape. The battery has lasted for more than 8 hours and seems as though it can at least double that. The audio quality is good, as is the microphone. I particularly like that I can simultaneously pair it with both my Xbox and my pc or phone.They're fairly lightweight, and a headband and ear pads are comfortable enough for all day wear.Five stars out of five, -1 for the previously open package and missing instruction manual and documents.

Edit #2: After much troubleshooting, I’ve finally determined that the problem I am having is with the APP I have been using, and not with this product. In fact, once I resolved the problem with my app, I am impressed with the audio I am getting from this microphone. Changing my rating, and my apologies to the seller for my mistake. +1 for your customer service in reaching out to me to rectify the issue. Raising my rating to 5 stars based on a good product and excellent customer service.Edit: I want to be fair to the company that produces / sells this microphone. After I posted the below review, they reached out to me and sent me a free replacement. So kudos for customer service. I really wanted this one to work so I could write my prior bad experience down to it just being a lemon, and give them 5 starts for resolving the issue, but that’s not the case. This new one has the same high-pitched scratching sound as the first one, and is completely unusable. Maybe this mic will work well in a static indoor situation, but for filming outdoor sports where I am moving around the camera to follow the play, it just doesn’t work.Kudos to your customer service, but unfortunately this product just doesn’t work well at all.— Original Review —I bought this for live-streaming youth sports, hoping that using an actual microphone would eliminate wind noise. Every time I speak or the crowd cheers, this microphone turns it into an ear-piercing high-pitched scratching sound. This thing is absolutely worthless. Don’t buy.

This is my first professional microphone. So I don't have anything to compare it to but I have no complaints. Recorded better than expected and did exactly what it said. Build quality was top notch. Great compact case. Price was more than fair. I'd buy it again.
