At first, I couldn't figure out how to sync the microphone but after I sent an email, I received a quick response with step-by-step instructions. This was so easy to do. I used it for a FB LIVE and several commented on the sound quality and how much better than what I had been using before.

This was the first microphone I've used that connected via USB. I was actually a little surprised how easy the installation was (no drivers needed at all). I really didn't even have to configure anything or adjust any settings. The build quality is quite solid. The LED lights might be too much for some people, but fortunately you can turn them off with a switch. So far I'm very impressed with the sound quality. There's very little background noise and voices sound natural. The company (CMTECK) seems willing to stand behind the product. Overall I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for an easy-to-use and affordable microphone with good sound quality.

I need a headset for work and buy a new one every six months or so. This is the first time I've purchased this brand. I love this headset! Very comfortable and excellent sound quality. I've asked people how I sound through the microphone, and everyone says they hear my perfectly. Great product!

Currently it's only day 1. And I did have to charge the receiver a long period of time. I had no issues with connecting. That's far it seems it is going to work for me. You do have to speak into the top of the microphone. Doesn't pick up well on sides. the downside, I did not receive the adaptor nor the charge cord. I bought it used and Amazon didn't disclose missing parts. Amazon said original packaging so I took the chance. I'll update once I've given it a real test.Update: change/increase the volume on the microphone. That helps with the sound issue. Gave +1 star for that.SUGGESTION: keep the wireless receiver plugged in while using otherwise after about 2 to 2.5 hours of constant use, the receiver will be dead.

This was bought for our talkback mic, for our soundboard, but man it sounds great. Very well built, and definitely worth the money. I highly recommend this product. I’m sure you can adjust some settings, on your eq, and probably have a pretty decent vocal microphone

It' honestly really good quality video, especially for the price.However, there are two things I wish this product had.1: External microphone support. I use this on my motorcycle helmet, I get a decent quality video but the audio is just terrible.I've used both cases, the waterproof and the one with holes in the back. Both have been tested and proved to have bad audio.I know there is a lot of wind on the highway, and that's why I think it'll be much better with an option to plug in an external microphone.2: Although the description says it has wide lens, it really doesn't seem so. It feels like maybe 10% stretched horizontally, at most.I would have loved it more if it came with an optional wide/fisheye lens.

There’s no fuss with software installation, and the directions are easy to follow. The mic is made of metal, and its weight makes it feel expensive and sturdy. It came with a USB-C cable with an attached USB-A adapter. The cable is 4.5ft long. It came with an attachment that could mount this mic to a stand (I did not use it to comment further). The stand has anti-slip tape on the bottom. The microphone gives a full and rich tone that is decently close to how I think I sound for this price point (since our skull resonates our voice, we always think we sound “awful” in recordings). The audio quality is miles ahead of most headsets and should be suitable for most audio recording work; I would not say this is professional radio microphone quality, but for this price point, it’s really awesome. The mic works as intended for a directional mic; anything that’s not directly in the line of sight of this microphone is only weakly picked up. It is excellent at canceling any background noises; I had a water boiler boiling behind the mic, and it barely picked up its sound while I was speaking. I would not move the mic as the touching/movement sound is also picked up. It has built-in pop filters that are pretty good; no additional pop filter is needed, IMO.FYI, if your audio doesn’t sound great from the start, one could potentially play around with the audio setting. I attached a picture of all the options the computer system (Windows 11) could have been set to, and the 4 check-marked options (1 channel, 16 or 24bits, and 44100 or 48000 Hz) sound great, while the rest did not. I do not understand the science behind it, but it’s something I observed. My default setting was 1 channel, 24 bits, 48000Hz when I first plugged the mic in, and it sounded great from the start.My only grip with this mic is that it does not have a mute button; the lowest gain is not a complete mute, and it’ll still pick up sound, just really quiet. It’d have been the perfect mic for me if it had a mute button. Still, for what it offers, it’s a 5-star mic to me.

I am happy with the way the earbuds stay on my ears regardless of activity. Sound is clear and volume excellent. I have had the one to whom I am talking ask that I keep microphone in front of mouth. The clip on wire allows me to affix mike near enough to mouth. I am pleased.
