It's worth the money and it works
I bought this because I get ear infections a lot and with every thing going on I can only see my doctor threw web or phone call...this helped identify what was going on with my ears so that my doctor could give me the correct ear drops....

Great buy
Best purchase I could make for headphones, especially for sleep and working out at home. Only downside is it’s not great for calls but it still works, sometimes people have a harder time hearing me but I often can get through a phone call with them. Otherwise they are literally perfect!

Just Installed
Actual installation was easy. Getting it to work with August was tough and had to call support to walk me through it. The plug in module needs to be close and facing the lock to work so I did not have an outlet facing it and used an extension cord. Now that its up and running, I really like it.

Happy with my purchase
Since the light in my office at at the back of me I purchased this to brighten my face during conference call. Item works well and came with the cord for easy charging. The clip at the base sturdy and has an inner rubber lining to prevent damaging you phone or computer screen. Would recommend.

I love these!
I absolutely love these head phones they stay in no matter what I'm doing ! also very comfortable to wear for long periods of time and I use these instead of my blue tooth now because I can hear my call loud and clear and they can hear me

Great customer relations and customer support
After some difficulty with the product (that was partially my fault) the supplier offered to give me a refund. I asked for a replacement instead. The supplier quickly sent ma a replacement the next working day. This is what I call great customer relations and outstanding customer support. I will buy again

Excellent product, perfect customer service
Shelly from Smonet support returned my call within day to help with how the TTLock application functions with the phone for the smartlock remote unlock. She was extremely helpful and considerate. She led me right to the remote unlock feature in the TTLock. Solved my problem in 10 seconds! Awesome service..
