GREAT SUPPORT
After having issues with the camenra not connecting I called AMCREST and their service is GREAT!! Haris was the name of the person that help me and was efficient, polite, and precise in resolving the issue. I must say, 10/10 for AMCREST service. Great products, great service = VERY HAPPY CLIENTS. Go for it guys! highly recommend it

Excellent customer service
I love the Amcrest camera and customer service has been wonderful each time. Today I spoke with Dylan Russell who was most gracious and helpful troubleshooting my camera and restoring service. Thank you so much. Highly recommend the product and customer service.

Minor issue with power
I was losing power intermittently and contacted customer service. A new power adapter was sent right away solving my issue. Good product and great service!

Excellent customer service from Kwikset!
The lock is great and backed up by excellent customer service. Kwikset quickly sent a replacement when my first lock did not include all of the parts. Outstanding service!!

Get the monitor!
Excellent customer service. Had my monitor for 5 months and the service randomly stopped working. I emailed the customer service and by the end of the day I had a reply and a new monitor being sent to me. I like the monitor and the camera, it puts me at ease when my baby is in the other roo..

Cloud service does not work
I am paying for the cloud service for each camera but it always says it's never available and I have yet to find a way to contact customer service
