Need to download app to phone, then update to make it work.
Adjust to fit most wrists, but anything over 8" may not fit. Takes a while to set up and the required an update which took more time. My husband is 6'8" and it maxed out at 150 pounds for the weight. So it took a very long time to get everything set up, but once it was a go it was easy to use.The display is quite small, so I did not set up the email but it is easy to add later if I change my mind. I mainly used it to track my progress at the gym. My husband loves the GPS feature so he can check where I am if I do not answer his call. The steps counter does not work on a bike or elliptical but then most do not.This is a great entry level watch and I may end up giving it to my grandsons who walk home from school. For the price it does much more than what I expected. Just be aware that set up takes a fair amount of time on the app and you need to synch the phone to the watch so choose carefully. Enjoy.
