Used to train for a 10k. Kept heart rate steady while tracking distance and time. Heart rate monitoring is ok not great. Using to track steps at work and distance. Great for the price I'm pleased with the product.

Amazing watch
Super comfortable, and I love being able to track my sleep, exercise, and heart rate. The charger is hard to figure use. Other than that, I have had no problems! Love it and recommend this watch for kids and adults.

It’s a great watch serves its purpose very well
It has a mobile app keeps track of your blood pressure heart rate keeps track of the steps u make and it really helps with your daily activity and keeps you very active

Great buy for your money
I like the idea of being able to track my footsteps, calories burned, my sleep and my heart rate in one go.

Good for health tracking
Keeps track of your daily movements along with heart rate and even stress levels along with sleep and level of your sleep I have a Apple Watch and it pretty much dose all the same at a 1/4 of the price!

Fantastic watch
This watch does it all! I always used a Polar watch with a chest strap to monitor my heart rate while working out, because nothing else would accurately read my heart rate. I was really hoping this watch would keep up with the Polar and the chest strap. I tested it for a week and noticed that it monitors my heart rate at the same rate or better than my Polar watch (make sure watch is worn tight while working out)!!! I recommend this watch to anyone that is looking for a step tracker, calories burned, miles walked/ran, heart rate, sleep tracker, and with a GPS.The watch comes with preloaded workouts that are displayed on the screen, such as 10 min abs.Cons: minor but notable, this watch is not water proof and should not be worn in a sauna.

Great watch for the value
I bought this watch for my mother who is 75 year old and going through stage 4 cancer. Its great to track her heart rate, and steps as she needs to move and be more mobile in her condition. I can also monitor her rest and sleep.

This watch is the best watch I ever owned. Easy to track time, weather, step count, heart rate and more. Love how I can change the screen layout, the app is easy to use.

Great Watch
This is actually a great watch.If you want a great watch at a great price, then this is the watch for you.It has a lot of the options that I was looking for without having to spend a ton of money. It’s super easy to start using it. After downloading the “Very fit pro” app, and entering all your information you can bring to take advantage of this watches many features. The most valuable, in my opinion, is that The Heart Rate monitor and Sleep monitoring. It will track your heart rate for 24 hours,very important for everyone with a heart condition. It support tons of sports modes and you can receive phone call and sms alert .
