Read this review!! Most people just blow by and look for something that will solve an issue for right now. I am a producer of a TV show as well as a number of radio shows and podcasts. It is critical to have my equipment working all the time. But when you are on a budget you also have to think of what everything costs. I have built a great studio using these cameras and I always have a few backup units as well. I use them for my far away shots as well as my cross shots for the talent. I use a 4K webcam for the main shot and group shots. (allows me to zoom in) The Logitech c922 has great software that works with it as well. It can soften your look and even add elements to your production. (But a con is that it does take a little time which can slowly affect your sound syncing. So be sure if you are using their software to switch camera angles often to reduce this issue. Otherwise if you are not using their software you should be sure to adjust the settings in each program you are using. I use this with zoom, teams, obs, and wirecast. This camera is my BEST PICK for low cost 1080 production webcam. It does not pull alot of power from the computer and just works. It is light so you can use it on any basic tripod or slide for fancy shots and lost cost enough if you damage it doing a trick item like dropping it in a bowling pot it wont break the bank. BTW it can also take a beating. I have done some crazy shot that should have broken it 20 times over and it still just keeps working. Attaching it to a 3D printer meant it was going to be shaking to match the print bed and this thing just wont die. As you can see, I have a number of them all over this studio and their small footprint makes it easy to mount anywhere for any angle. If you are considering building a studio on a budget, this is a must have.
