a good item for using in the car
If someone want to buy this item and use it in your car for playing music but your car can not read this. try to format it to MS-dos(FAT). That might work. at least for my Audi A4 car. hope this information helps

JVC Car Speakers
After one of the "in door" speakers in my Acura MDX failed I replaced the set with these JVC speakers. Fast and easy to install and they sound great! Very inexpensive - a great value!

Great for your car
I love having this little thing handy whenever I have trash and don't want to stick it in my doors or throw it on the floor, and it is super easy to clean out if it gets dirty.

easy to apply
I was upgrading my car speakers and like a lot of people on the internet recommend sound deadening it. well I used it around the speaker areas and some on the door panel. Didn't notice any noise lowering but for car speakers this thing rocks. It is very easy to apply and work on. I did a before and after test and the speakers flat out sound much better than not putting this on. Of course I used fast rings too, that might have something to do with it also. If you think after install it will make your car Lexus quiet, look else where for something like 150 mil or dynomat. But for this price, I will recommend using this for car speaker installation.
