This flash is easy to use. Provides good illumination under most indoor conditions. Its definitely a good worth of its price...recommend it.

So far all is good. Can seem to get the app to share to a 2nd phone but otherwise it's good.

Motion detection feature is frequently activated by rain, snow or leaves.

This is a review of the Nikon SB910 Flash.I had this for a while now and as other say it works fine, it recycles quite quickly and, of course, supports all features of the Nikon Creative Lighting System. However, after mounts of using it I have come to the conclusion that there are better ways of spending this amount of money on lights. First of all, as other said already, this is a "new" SB900 with the only improvement of not having the bugs of the SB900 and costing more, which is not nice. Second, the flash falls in a size which is somehow too large to be powered by four AA cells and used at full power but it is too small to get the big BOOP when you need it. The price of this gets you already in the monoblock group: Einsteins, Elichroms, they all cost about the same. Of course, here you are paying for specific auto-functions which actually work quite well, but at least for me this is the last time I get into this size of flash. I imagine that there are situation in which this is the only way to go but if you are thinking of using the flash on a light stand, with umbrellas, softboxes, whatever, I would recommend you take some time considering whether this is really what you need.Ah, the four stars instead of five are not for some specific feature of this flash which does not work properly, only because it is my opinion that Nikon should have recalled their SB900 and upgraded at no cost, instead of launching this at higher price and because there are details, such as the design of the bag the flash comes with and the quality of the plastic used for the casing which at this price point should be much better.

Relatively easy to set up. Installation choices are very good. Picture quality is excellent. Motion detection is overly sensitive. Price to value is good and I would buy again.

So far so good. Saw a racoon at 235am. This now helps me to see what is trying to destroy my bird feeder and eat their food. Lets see what we find tonight!
