Heavy duty stand
Built like a tank and weighs about half as much as one. Seriously, this stand is built for the studio where it can occupy a fairly permanent location. You could travel with it, and I have for short distances, but it is not a lightweight option. Add a strobe and modifier and it has some serious weight. Make sure to have your sandbags ready. Overall, I really like the stand and it will serve you well if you need a beefy option.

Not flimsy, adjustable stand.
The stand is made of aluminum and the gauge is heavy. Works as intended.

Great Value
Great stand..Great value.. This is not a heavy duty stand, but none the less nice and compact for travel. 5 stars!!!

Better design than the one I returned (Selfie Stick Tripod, UBeesize 51" Extendable Tripod Stand with Bluetooth Remote for iPhone & Android Phone, Heavy Duty Aluminum, Lightweight). The phone holder is more secure.

Telescope is great for beginners and we have some
Telescope is great for beginners and we have some nice moon views, but the tripod's grip is not sturdy being that the subject with slip... the telescope seems to heavy for the stand. No matter how tight we turn to keep it rigid, it slips. be aware tripod can be figity

Surprisingly heavy duty for the price!
I was impressed how the base of the stand was heavy cast iron, finely threaded for the speaker stand rods.
