Ok. My head is super small so doesn’t work great on me. Normal size heads like it. It works good for a headache.

I use it mostly twice a day. Before I go to sleep at night and after I get up in the morning. I wear contact lenses and my eye get dry/sore often. This help relax my eye and time, and very comfy. I fall a sleep while using it at night.

I've read a lot of bad reviews about this item, but it's actually not that bad. I ordered this usb sound card as a replacement for a broken audio jack on my old laptop, and from the beginning it's worked perfectly. I never had any distortions on the audio-out. I had the settings for 24-bit sound and it was crisp. As for durability, I've had this for almost 2-years now and it's still kicking. The only defect in my opinion would be the casing, it's a little bulky and now that I am using it with my Macbook Pro (yes even macs get a case of the broken jack, who would've thought right?) it's hard to use my second usb port because the case overlaps. My solution to this was using a usb extension I had laying around (haha it's always a good idea to keep a bucket of your old unused cables 'cause you just never know!). So yea I would definitely recommend this product to all of you out there with a budget. Worked perfectly for what I needed it, and I am very happy I bought this!TESTED WITH OS X, WINDOWS 7, WINDOWS VISTA & WINDOWS XP all without a flaw!
