I ordered this for my daughter for her birthday, I liked it so much I ordered one for myself. I have also recommended it to all my friends and family.It’s very simple and easy to use. The price is great.

This camera is awesome. It's my first of the ptz, is smooth. Takes some getting used to as it doesn't have a "speed" adjustment to move it half as far per click. Just takes a minute longer to set it exactly where you want it. Then you can save the position. Once saved you tap the different positions to cycle between them quickly.I can see the advantage of having tracking ability, but they never said it has it.Extremely happy for what I paid. Gets a camera on the pool area, gets me ability to see the driveway too.

Cute but tiny-not worth the money
My husband wanted these to go along with our fake flame tiki torches. I wasn't keen on spending that much for outdoor speakers, but they are what he wanted.They are much smaller than what I thought they would be. The flame look is very fake. The sound they put out is ok. We mounted them on the front of our pergola, and have to tip them to the sides if the people in the back want to hear them, without the neighbors hearing it too.Overall, they just don't look neat enough, or have enough of an amazing sound quality to be worth the money paid.

Wow. For the size, functionality and sound qualit
Remember. I paid only $16 for this thing.From the moment I opened the box and picked it up, I realized this was a bona fide quality product. You can tell something has substance when it has some weight to it. This thing is dense, which means it's packed with quality. The sound is great for something this small. The design is very well done. It has a passive radiator on the bottom. You can tell this thing was designed with care. The rubber feet are indented on four sides to allow air flow out of the bottom for bass. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a tiny speaker that packs a punch!

Good Product, GREAT Support
These cameras are a great bargain. They're not intuitive to set up and that's where they actually really shine. The TECH SUPPORT for Amcrest is absolutely some of the finest I've ever received. My latest call, after changing ISPs connected me with LUKE, one of the several I have spoken with since my first install. All of the the team are VERY knowledgeable and this last reconfiguration was silky smooth.The actual cameras are just the ICING on the cake. The real bargain with Amcrest is the Support they provide, free, fast and flawless.This is NOT a paid endorsement. I purchased these without any promotional knowledge and have been happy ever since.

Updated Review. Customer Service Keurig Outstandin
UPDATED: Keurig replaced my unit. Outstanding Customer Service. Will evaluate product after I receiveI bought this product in July of 2018. Had it delivered to our new house for use when we moved. Used it about 4 times and it worked beautifully. Cleaned it and stored it until we moved in June of 2019. Cleaned it up again and it will not work correctly. I descaled it thinking that might be the problem to no avail. It will make the coffee but it is full coffee grounds. The frother will not work at all. I have tried to trouble shoot but nothing works. Hate to have paid this much money for a product and get very little use from it.

Overall it works
Purchased this unit to replace my older vtech owl one that I loved, but the screen was just not big enough and the parent unit stopped charging. I also need a second camera for baby #2. The LCD screen on this unit is large, which is great. The night vision is no where near as bright as the owl camera I am replacing. The sounds are also not very loud so I can't see myself ever using them. I have always had a separate sound machine so this isn't a high deal. I also feel like the temperature reading is off by up to 3 or 4 degrees. Overall for the price paid I am happy so far.

Great concept for security without having a securi
I like the concept and the fact that when the motion sensor senses movement, it notifies my phone. For the cost, I would have paid a bit more to have the cameras in color. The picture is a little grainy, but serves it purpose. I like that the battery life is good for at least one year. I suppose that is the reason that the picture is a little grainy. This response is not to be negative, the system works as advertised. And I can watch my other property from my phone anywhere I am. The setup was really easy, I love when vendors use QRC codes to make the setup and installation simple. (The QRC code for the cameras are on the back and they provide a handy tool to remove the back cover).

So far so good only thing
So far so good only thing... this morning the lock malfunctioned by freezing up when the blue lights came on... they wouldn't turn off and I loss use of the buttons. I unscrewed the back and unplugged it then plugged it back and seems ok again..☆☆UPDATE☆☆Its been working great no problems since, im actually really satisfied for what it is and what I paid,maybe it was the cold or just a simple malfunction that just needed rebooting.P.S. perhaps some of the parts used to make this or the whole thing might come from China putting a tax on it now costing more at the moment.
