For users who are facing continuous freezing when playing videos through the virb video editor!I have learned that the reason for such continuous freezes is not the SD card nor the camera itself.Actually it is the virb editor software on your pc, you can use any other video player and see for your self.This has to do with coding in the video editor not the camera or the SD card like what other thinks.Try it yourself and see

Great packaging/solid construction/best sound quality for $75 you can find. I wish it had an sd card slot or USB input, but I'm not complaining!

I am pretty impressed by how easy these are to setup. The image quality is very good during the daytime, even through windows. Night time isn't very good through windows unless the area outside is lit up a bit and you don't use the infra-red lights. Indoor coverage works great! The 2-way audio works good also, but expect a bit of delay, about 1 second in my testing, which is not bad. Only thing that would make these cams perfect is if you could view the captured video on the SD card using the app (maybe that could be added in the future), but the free cloud service has been working great so far.EDIT: The windows desktop software allows you to view the contents of the SD card without having to remove the card. It does not allow you to view cloud recordings unless you have a subscription. This leads me to believe that the mobile apps are also pulling video from the SD card. So if the camera gets stolen or SD card removed and you do not have a subscription, you will not be able to view any video. The subscription pricing is really not that bad for up to 5 cameras, and I will consider subscribing.

Sharing what took me a while to figure out , which was not explicitly stated in the English instructions.Turned off power switch and charged via USB plug adapter. SD card needed to be inserted in camera before computer recognized USB connection and SD card does enable upload of pictures without USB connection. Attached are pictures to show which pieces were in the box and which to afix together for the helmet mount that can be attached to the strap.

Still learning it, but it's easy to use and quality of photos are great. Only bad thing is that it didn't come with the SD card reader like the description said it does.

Nice and clear, but it takes too long to load. By the time It loaded, the object has gone. I need to get SD card so that I can save and replay.

I've been using it at work as a nice little loud speaker while in site. It has radio and Bluetooth and SD card slot and works great with all of them!

I absolutely loved the picture quality and how they fit snuggly and won't slip off my face when I turn my head suddenly....the only thing I didn't like was the fact that it didn't come with a SD memory card, but I spoke with a representative of the company and they responded very very quickly and I was told that the sd card was supposed to be included and immediately they sent me a new SD card and I received it 2 days later and I am now enjoying the product even more...I will definitely be ordering more products from this company and recommend this company for every one to explore and purchase items for their needs ..overallI really like the product and will purchase again ...I use this item as a secondary dash cam and it does an excellent job....
