Didn’t work, buy elsewhere.
I never was able to receive a refund on this item once I received it. I used it a few times and had my work on it. I went to try to use it and edit the work, but my laptop would not register that the SD card was there. I tried it on 2 more laptops and a desktop and still nothing. It sucks because my data was never able to be recovered and I was out the money I spent on this.

Good customer service
I bought the 4 pack and one is not in use yet, one would not register to be controlled by the app or Alexa, one was working and stopped after 2 weeks and the last is working.I contacted the seller and they provided a replacement 4 pack without any grief. The new switches are working.

Great monitor
Great product at a good price. Love that I am able to add more cameras due to having multiple children and living in a 2 story houseif you register your product they give you a free extra camera also, love it!

Something is going wrong with the touch screen
I have had this watch for a couple of months. It has a great battery life and sharp display. Multiple sensor monitor is great, used it every day for work outs, walks, running, daily routines. Love that I get more then just text msg on it. About 1 month in I lost the ability to sync weather to it...no big deal, tried resetting everything, even removed it from the app and reset it and reinstalled like new and it never regained the ability to sync weather from my Galexy S10. Maybe my phone is too old.Last week while working out I could not start a work out routine on the watch, the bottom of the screen would not register my touch. At first I thought it was just my sweaty fingers but later in the day I still could not get it to register and still does not. Wish the longevity of this watch was better. Functionally it was a great watch, guess I'll just use it like a normal watch until it gives completely out.

Make it Happen
When I 1st got it from Amazon, I was very spectacle about the Hohem Pro App. At 1st I couldn’t activated when I was trying to register the device. With the help of a 24 hour Online Service from Hohem Pro App they helped me with my situation and in minutes I was already using the device. Can’t wait to do my Vlogging in theme parks and new places to record.

Like how they cancel out noise
Likes earbud fit. Least like how first pair owned ,one earbud quit within a year of purchase. Failed to register so had to purchase another headset

Great speaker
Nice speaker. Got it on sale and would be worth the money at full price. Bluetooth took some time to register but once it did it’s great. Fm radio is a great addition too.
