Good for price
Haven't used it in a video call yet, but i like the picture quality and Alexa hears me just fine. The only problem is I didn't get the privacy cover, witch is one of the reasons I ordered this camera. How do I get ahold of the seller to get one?

Why be tied to one location for a conference call!
I received it this week and toward the end of my first call, the other party complained they were hearing echo sounds. I realized it was not the Jabra Speak 510, but it was my cell (or theirs) and you know how you get sometimes a cross over signal on a cell call and you hear yourself talking in a delayed way. Usually you can hang up and reconnect and it goes away. Then yesterday, I showed up for a meeting with a number of people, and there was no conference phone in the room we were using and a co-worker was just going to use their cell. I told them I had something that was better, ran and picked it up from my office, and proceeded with a 90 minute conference call at a table that was about 25 feet long. You could hear the caller well (It was great to control volume, etc from my phone) and it sounded like he could hear people even from the long ends of the table. I think it will work great for me, purchased one already for a direct report who uses her cell a lot for conference calls and my boss is looking at getting one. As opposed to be fixed to one location for a conference call, this gives you lots of options, wherever you decide to make the call. Love it!

Attachable Earbud for other ear is a nice feature
Fits in ear snugly without need for the outside loop. Connected with phone quickly. Sound quality is good. Jumps easily between music and phone call. Still testing the 24-hour battery life between charges. Price is right. I appreciate the blue light telling me when it is fully charged.

Amazing 20Hz Bass ... But EQ is adjustable for pho
The media could not be loaded.

Review Update: default sound quality is low bass boost, but it is changeable by double clicking the volume down button. Photo included on EQ ShiftI just got the box today, open it in the car and immediately connect it to my phone, and the very first call was a little muffled. I was a little disappointed by that, but not completely, knowing that some headphones with a muffled phone call means they're really great with music. And I was right. I came home and connected this headset to my computer and played some podcast videos and also played bass test videos at 20 Hz and these little headphones handled that bass like a champ. The podcast videos did sound a little bass heavy but for HD video compared to a phone call it was okay. again a little disappointed at the clarity of the phone call. I wish it had a little bit more highs in the range to handle regular phone calls but it was tolerable. and when the person that I was speaking to commented on how I sounded they said that they "can hear me just fine." That wasn't good enough for me. But, I tried to take into consideration that I was on the expressway at the time and possibly the ambient noise from the inside of the car being canceled out by the noise cancellation may have been what made me sound "just fine" to the person on the other end of the call. also I have to keep in mind that I'm comparing these with a set that I had that cost me about $98 versus $37 for these.I haven't used the headset long enough to test the battery life but I've heard good things so that's not really a concern. Also I'm going to test the microphones in different environments to test the noise cancellation and I'm going to do some recordings of myself to test the noise cancellations. I'll update this review soon.
