This was a GREAT purchase. It holds the iPhone securely, and it comes with a REMOTE! (Start, stop, etc) It also has a camera attachment. This was the best buy for our small group Zoom cooking project.

Return made easy.
Judging by the rest of the reviews, I got a defective unit. No big deal. These things happen. However, the return process was easy and immediate. I really have no complaints. In my opinion, it is often the case that customer service is as important as product quality.
