Nice, compact and light. Worked great for a desktop stand with my Canon 5D MKIV and both the 24 and 100mm lenses I've tried so far. Looks great as well.

This arrived quite early - I was not expecting it for another week! I have already used one of these for years, and am quite pleased with the result. One note, though, is that most "black" lenses will NOT fit on it - INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL GRADE LENSES - the "snorkel" of the lens which protrudes up out of the casing (you can see it in the picture) prevents it from mounting any but "white lenses". I will try inserting a "close up ring" which will effectively separate the two, just to see what happens - but for the time being, this "extender" is strictly for my 100-400 mm. I confess I could like to have had such an extender for my general purpose 17-85, or the 24-105. Maybe someone from Canon will read this review!You lose an f:stop or two, but the optics are very good.

Canon R6 is a game changer with it's autofocus and in body image stabilizer. It's like cheating with this camera. I can now use my non-stabilized prime lenses on this body without missing any shots. My love for photography was reborn. For people who complain about overheating, need to update with latest Canon firmware and this will resolve it's issue.

Absolutely an amazing camera. Coming from the 6D Mkii this was definitely a bump up in picture quality as I primarily shoot street, event and portrait photography. Please don't listen to the reviews on YouTube and try the camera for yourself. If you're coming from a Canon DSLR, the button layout will take some getting used to. But as you shoot with it you'll realize that the ergonomics is spot on. I would suggest getting the adapter with the turning ring if you're using EF lenses and want to mimic the turning ring of the new RF lenses. Comes in handy when wanting to have quick, full control of your exposure triangle. After the firmware update eye-AF is way better as well as low light performance with no banding at higher ISO. The portability and small size is another attractive quality. It's small but feels good in the hands. I know some complain about the 1 SD card slot but there is a mode that allows you to have a full quality jpeg image sent directly to a mobile device upon taking the picture which I've used several times. So if you're nervous then that's an option. All in all, this is a fantastic camera. As usually, people bash things when they first come out then months later people actually start using the camera and realize just how amazing the camera really is (same thing happened with the 6d Mkii).

I was worried about auto focus speed, but haven't had any glaring problems since buying. I use two Sigma EF mount lenses with a Canon m50, and everything works great.

I was very surprised on the quality of this glass. I used Canon L for my full frame but decided too use my canon mirrorless and the EF-M lenses for a trip to Thailand. Although I comprised on weight of the gear by using a crop sensor camera I did not compromise on the image quality. This was pretty sharp and I was happy with the results.

This is good for what it's supposed to do. It handles all of my Canon DSLR lenses without an issue. I don't really use this a lot but when I need it, it works like its supposed to.

The ring works great with my Canon Rebel T3i. No problems at all. Well made , metal, and fits nice ang snug
