I use this for my canon SL2 for over a year and it had been great! No issues at all and nothing is broken. I love the carrying bag that is included too!

Tried taking out a piece of chain to shorten and the metal piece broke off inside the chain link and now I'm stuck with a broken watch that my husband cannot wear.

Product excellent how ever Mount 1 was broken..Called AKASO about Broken Mount#1 and they immediately sent replacement Mount #1 and I received it 4 days later......will Recommend item to my friends

I don't make headsets, but if I did I would make one that works for either ear. This is a good headset and had really good sound quality. It would take a very small manufacturing adjustment to make it for either ear. Not sure why they wouldn't do that. Also had to order THREE of them. The first two were broken, both in the same way. The base of the microphone was broken off the earpiece, even though both boxes were factory sealed.
