What a awesome camera!
What a great little camera! I’ve only used one other action camera, the brave 4, but I much prefer this one as it has touch screen and a higher frame rate in 4K. This is going to be awesome for future vacations!

Fairly reliable, has served me well
I use this for live-streaming billiards matches. It’s frame rate is high enough (at least through usb 3.0, haven’t tested 2.0) and it’s resolution is plenty high enough for what we need. If you want to check out sample footage, look up JMU Billiards on YouTube, as of March 26, 2019, the past 6 months of content has been recorded using this camera and its mic.

Great camera, only issue is Frame Rate and Refresh Rate in mild lighting.

Great portability, and great frame rate options.
I normally use it to record fast paced action and rising my bicycle, and I find the frame rate options very useful. The v50 elite may hang (very, very, rarely) but the recording quality and image stabilization make up for it.

Value for the money, Slo-mo works well, Image Qual
Good value for action Cam. Image Quality is noticeably noisy. For 4K and high frame rate this is expected in general. Don't know if there is an action CAM that overcomes this as it would need more processing power and a bigger sensor.

Better, but same old GoPro problems
Hypersmooth is amazing, but it still suffers from overheating and poor battery lifeGreat if you are doing an active sport outdoorsUseless if you use it locked off indoors, it will overheat and stop in around 20 mins if you are on any of the high res/high frame rate modes

Good value alternative for inexpensive action cam
Good value action camera. If you are on a budget and not looking for Gopro prices, this is a pretty good camera. The frame rate and range of exposure is not strong points, but color and sharpness are good.

Great camera for the price!
The image stabilization works very well, I can shoot a fairly high resolution with a high frame rate to make it even smoother, water proof case does exactly what it is meant to do and it is only a fraction of the cost of the newer "big-name" cameras
