OK filter, does the job
I guess this ND filter does the job. The filter is paper-weight light, unlike other, heavy glass filters from more expensive brands. The filter holder is made of aluminum, not brass like more expensive brands, and is not nearly as smooth when you put it on the camera as other brands. But given the very low cost, this is a good alternative. If you only do long exposures rarely, I recommend it. If you need such a filter more frequently, pay more and get higher quality.
