Very well made and solidly built but infinity focus issue
I haven't tried it out yet but for the money it's excellent value - solidly built and feels like a quality lens adaptor. The aperture ring is click-stepped from open to closed but with a mirrorless camera body I'd recommend just leaving it in the closed position (the small hole icon on the barrel) and changing the aperture on the Nikon lens itself. It's much better than the other adaptor I bought a number of years ago for less than half the price. I'll be trying it out soon so I'll report back if any issues.UPDATE 01-Jun-2020:When using with a Nikkor macro lens I found that with the lens set at infinity, faraway objects are out of focus so if you're using this adaptor for landscapes or astro photography, be careful about getting the focus right.

This is all you need in a DSLR
First thing to get out of the way is that if you need a DSLR mainly for photography (not videography) then you can't go wrong with this one. The thing that will make any difference in your photos/results is NOT the camera body; its your skills/vision/compositions AND the lenses you have. Save money on body, buy this cheaper unit and use your saving to buy a second lens (the 50mm f1.8 is a MUST HAVE).Now onto why i really like this camera:1. Obviously the price! Espacially when paying more does not get you much more. This is espacially true for people who are looking for their first DSLR. These camera and their accessories WILL get expensive. As i said, the camera body is where you can cut some corners without impacting your end-results much. Buying it during holidays saves you more with deals and packages floating around.2. Battery life: My first DSLR was a Rebel XSi. It was very good but the best part was battery life - outstanding! Later i upgraded to T1i and sold my XSi. The T1i offers higher resolution LCD screen BUT that also causes the battery to drain much faster. This T3 is infact sort of a clone of XSi - same resolution, same kind of LCD and yes, same great battery life!3. Light weight: Its also very light and won't cause any trouble even after a whole day of shooting/wearing this on your neck. If you pair it with a light-weight prime lens like 50mm 1.8 or 35mm 2.0 (i would highly recommend both) - the whole package becomes a light-weight amazing photos machine.4. Easy to use: Perfect for beginners and offers much room to grow/get serious with your stuff. If you are coming from a point-and-shoot, it can act like one where you don't have to worry about any settings at all. This is my 2nd body along with my T1i - notice that i did not call it a "backup camera" - it is infact one of my primary camera. I grab either one depending on which one has the lens mounted that i need at the moment.Final note: I was a Canon-guy and Canon was first to bring the affordable DSLR to market so i went with their product. If you are just starting, it might be worth looking at Nikon D3100 as i've heard that is a better entry-level camera. But if you already have a collection of Canon lenses (or like them more), this is your camera.

Excellent range of colors and intensity levels, ve
At the start of the pandemic, I had a very popular 1080p webcam. I upgraded to a 2K webcam after that and that was a noticeable upgrade. The upgrade to this camera was a large leap above the 2K webcam in terms of depth of shadows and definition in the highlight areas. The image looks much more like a camera image and has fewer areas that are blown out or deep in shadow. In short, it just looks more "real" while the small webcams tend to look a lot more "flat".I'm a Mac user and so I wasn't able to control the exposure and focus on the webcams. This camera is manual zoom, manual aperture (exposure), and manual focus. That means, for a video conferencing setup at a fixed chair-to-camera distance that you can get pinpoint sharp focus, get the exposure right, and have a very good camera image for video conferencing. I do use a front ring light and that helps significantly. With just a cheap ring light and this camera, you'll have top 2% video image quality with very little expense and effort. I also have a rear fill light, but that's entirely optional.Downsides: there is a slight pincushion effort on the 2.8-12mm lens (the version I have). See the attached image and notice the wood trim that's straight in real life is bowed in the image. This also serves to slightly "fatten" my face in the image, but it's not overly dramatic. It is reduced significantly if you zoom the lens all the way in, but if you zoom it all the way in and sit 14" from the camera, it covers from your nose to your forehead. You have to zoom this lens out about half-way if you're sitting 14" from it in order to get your whole face and top of shoulders in the frame, which brings in a slight pincushion. I did not take off any ratings for the pincushion as it's minor and the overall image quality is still excellent. There are small handscrews to lock the zoom and focus which leaves the manual exposure ring still able to be quickly accessed for a touchup of exposure without changing the zoom or focus.Overall, this is a very good camera and the price is certainly very attractive for this level of image quality. It shows up in the computer as having a microphone, but the listing doesn't claim it has one and I don't think it does, so don't be fooled by the computer saying it does. You'll need another audio input device for video conferencing. Two thumbs way up.

Excellent Value For the Money
I can't say enough good about this Hohem gimbal. I got mine at a special price, but it's worth every bit of the regular price of ~$90. It does everything you want a lightweight stabilizer to do, but let me mention the few drawbacks (nothing major). The design is a little bit "old school", in that the gimbal arms don't get entirely out of frame when shooting with a wide lens (on a phone camera or action cam). This means that when using my Sandmarc anamorphic lens on my iPhone's wide lens, I have to tilt the stabilizer grip down a bit to get the hinge/arm out of the lower right of the frame. I could also crop this easily in post, but it's an issue to remember when shooting video. The other thing, perhaps because of the older design, is that the head kind of delays and then snaps into position at times when holding the stabilizer arm at a 45° angle. I haven't used any of the higher-priced gimbals, so I can't say if they do this as well.I highly recommend the Hohem iSteady Mobile Plus

Compact and sleek!
This gimbal is super compact, lightweight, and sleek, is easy to set up/balance, and can be operated with one hand - all really important features for me. It has some cool modes - I’m hoping I can master the POV mode eventually! The battery life has been solid based on my limited use - I’ve only charged it once and have used it over multiple days. It pairs well with a lighter set up… for me that is my Fujifilm XT3 + XF 23mm f2 lens. It isn’t suitable for heavier lenses though, and I couldn’t get my XF 16-55mm f2.8 lens to balance - that lens will be delegated to my bigger gimbal. The front light is a bit of a gimmick to me, but I can see how it’s useful for vlogging or if you really need an “on-camera” light in a pinch. Overall I’d say it’s geared more toward casual use than professional use, but I plan to use it some professionally with a lighter set up - it will also make for a great travel companion!

Great entry level DSLR with higher level features
I was very impressed with this camera and would recommend it for family photo takers with some photography experience, high school or college students interested in photography, or just as a step up from the cheapest/simplest point and shoot cameras.Pros:-Easy to use controls and functions-Great auto settings for those who like it simple, and great manual settings for people looking to experiment-Great built in flash-LCD is large and bright-Very small form factor for what it offers-Feels and looks a lot more professional, but not a D7 feel-I love that the camera senses when your eye is at the viewfinder and automatically shuts of the LCD-Can take pictures using the LCD-Pretty good continuous fast photos for most-Option to save in RAW or JPEG (OR BOTH AT THE SAME TIME! Great feature)Con:-Slower continuous photos than higher end cameras, but fine for the average user-Doesn't feel very rugged-Battery is somewhat limited, would recommend you bring a extra (For example, the D60 battery offers over twice as many photos at the same resolution and same battery size)Overall-Still a low level DSLR, but it does what it is meant for very well(which is offer more features, wide variety of lens options, and be smaller and lighter than most DSLR) and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting just a step up from a cheap point and shot without the complexity and cost of most other DSLR's.If this is too expensive or too complex for you, I would HIGHLY recommend the Canon SX30IS. It is a very good cheaper camera with lots of features and a HUGE zoom.I have the T2i and love it (the Rebel XSi didn't look too appealing to me), very good camera for size and cost. The T1i is VERY similar and the T2i is only a small step up. Look closely at the details of the T1, T2, and T3 before choosing.I also have the D60. This is the next step past the T2i. It is a little bigger, heavier, and feels more rugged than the T2i but very similar is most respects. The T3i is almost identical in features to the D60, but at that point I would go for the D60.Recommended accessories:-Tamron AF 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC LD Aspherical IF Macro Zoom Lens for Canon, AWESOME ALL AROUND LENS-Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Camera Lens, great cheaper large aperture lens-Fotodiox Canon EOS Macro Extension Tube Set Kit for Extreme Close-up, interesting effects and cheap-Abacus24-7 Mini-HDMI to HDMI Cable, HIGHLY recommended-Opteka Shutter Release Remote Control Cord, a must have for playing with long exposures-**NOTE** If you want to take HD video, you NEED a Class 10 SD card. If you try to use a cheaper SD card it will be a Class 4 or 6 and the camera will automatically stop recording after 6 seconds and you are SOL.Hope this help you.Mike

Excellent quality and clarity for the price. Bette
I bought this to replace a 4k webcam I had and find the clarity and video quality of this to be better than the brand name camera I was replacing that I paid double for. I use it with manycam and do tons of zoom/webex/etc. throughout the day and this has upped my con-call game immensely. I look like a twitch streamer or something :) Manual focus allows to dial in the clarity where other webcams just sort of tried to autofocus for me with soft results. I also like the ability to switch out lenses, which you can buy on Mokose's website or just find an 8megapixel or higher CS mount lens off amazon or the internet. I believe the sensor is 1/2.5" so be sure to find a lens that meets all those requirements, but I find the prices on Makose's website to be good prices anyway for lenses after some searching around. Al in all, I love this camera and saved a bunch of money while getting higher quality images. No drivers needed on windows 11.

Good value kids underwater camera
My boy choose this waterproof camera, he loves the pattern of it!It’s easy for him to figure out the functions of the camera. You can also use this camera in the bath and swimming pool. There are some points that make us happy.1.The picture quality is great for kids. It can take pictures with high-definition. It looks a bit small, but my son is happy to use the camera. Maybe the size is perfect for children.2.It’s a real waterproof camera. When we go swimming, we install the accessories on the helmet. When my son is playing underwater, he can take pictures of underwater scenes.3. You can also use the accessories to install on the helmet, and kids can record video while skiing or riding a bike. Can’t wait to bring this camera on vacation.4.The waterproof case is well made, you don’t need to worry it will be broken when dropping by naughty boys.5.It’s easy to take selfie with rotating lens, includes lots of cute frames and filters, also funny games. Children will have a good time with this kids camera.6. The camera has a power saving mode. If the screen turns black after shooting for a while. We think it has been turned off, but it’s not the case. That means you don’t have to charge the camera often. You can set the auto off time in settings as you need.Overall, it’s a brilliant camera for young kids. Fantastic alternative to the expensive go pro camera.

Great camera with a multitude of features.
Having waited for months for the release of this camera, I am not disappointed. Videos are rock steady and very clear. I was a little concerned about the audio but after filming my granddaughters school Xmas concert, it recorded fine. Since I didn’t have an iPhone or an Android phone with usb-c I had to use my iPad mini to register and get access to the pro features. It works fine as long as there is no case on it. With even a thin case, the gimbal would hit. The only thing that would make it better would be an optical zoom lens. Hopefully in a future generation.UPDATE: Love it! I added the WIFI module and now I can just sit the camera on a table or tripod and control what the camera is filming thru the app on my phone. I have numerous other cameras that can be controlled by an app but you can only snap a picture or film a video that the camera is looking at.
