The BASS is what really hit me at first when i installed these speakers. It was like a friendly punch in the face! After testing the speakers with different music types, I was very impressed. Now I am no audiophile, or some kind of music fancy uptight critic, but I can say these speakers deliver. You want the beat? These speakers will give it to you.Funny story, but while testing these speakers..I thought they were defective. I was churning out some BASS heavy music and noticed a buzzing from the SUB. I was like WTF...so I tested other music and got varied results. Turns out that since I put my SUB on top of my very heavy shelf, it was rattling the contents inside the drawers!! Now that some BASS!I'm very happy with this purchase. I feel that somehow I cheated Logitech for the price given. Reason? I have a bar speaker for my TV that cost 300 bucks and these speakers are louder and smoother!!

Speakers are ok for what they are. Bass is weak. Don't go too loud or the bass will distort and eventually blow. I got these for my 99 year old aunt so she could hear the TV. She needs it loud but not unbearably loud. Nevertheless the bass has blown but its ok, she doesn't notice it.

I am truly loving these speakers. I usually always wore a headset and sometimes when I play games by myself I don't want to put on headphones. This speaker set definitely goes loud and bass is very nice. Bass is huge for me and my music so that's also a bonus. I don't think you can be disappointed with the quality of the speakers for $100.

These speakers have some heft… each weighs about 6.5 pounds (visualize a little heavier than a 5-pound sack of sugar or flour). Instructions say to fully charge before using. The instructions indicate that the red-light charging indicator will go out when the batteries are fully charged. But after seven hours of charging, the light was still red. So, I decided to let the speakers charge overnight. After charging overnight for another seven hours, the charging light was still red! I would have to assume that after 14 hours of charging that the batteries are fully charged.The multi-function buttons are a little confusing at first but get easier over time. The EX-BASS (extra bass) button is clearly marked. Turning the extra bass “on” really improves the sound! I wish that the default setting for these speakers was with the extra bass “on”. A plus is that when synched, setting the extra bass to “on” for the primary speaker also activates it for the secondary speaker. Pairing was easy and synching with speaker #2 was also easy following the instructions.To test these speakers, I took them outdoors to our 20’x30’ patio. Placing the speakers approximately 1/3 of the way from each end, they provided full, rich sound that covered the patio and beyond. The sound was awesome, and the bass was also great! My 5-year-old granddaughter loved the music I played from her favorite movie, and actually started dancing around one of the speakers when the speaker lights were turned on.

I bought these speakers for my record player. I really didn't have the money to buy a reciever along with speakers, so this was a good way to bypass that up for now. Anyways, the speakers are great. I wish they had a little more bass to them, but obviously you get what you pay for.

I'm super impressed on the trouble and bass. I had pioneers speakers and these blow them out of the water. I took a shot on how cheap they are. And I say I won. If your looking to get more bump in your rear. But these are not deep bass. If your looking for that get a box with 10" or 12 " with a amp. Speakers shipping was super fast. Don't let the price freak you out.

My old speakers wore out on me. I read on Amazon about this set of speakers and thought it would be a nice fit for listening at my computer. I am disappointed in the bass control on this set. There is really not much adjusting to do with treble/bass, and that makes a big difference in music etc. But overall they did serve my purpose to just get sound from my system. Mark

Setup was as easy as plugging all the cords into their respective inputs. The sound is really good for this type of computer speaker. The pair of speakers do not have the heft of quality bookshelf speakers, but boy the bass is solid and the highs are clear. The bass sound is not as good as a quality separate subwoofer, but it is definitely acceptable. I got these for my newfound interest in gaming, but I will also use them for streaming music, because they sound that good.
