Great Customer Service
This solar trail camera works really well. It is at a great price point. And I was really impressed with their customer service. I had an issue with my camera and I immediately got email from the company asking what the problem was and offering suggestions of possible remedies. In the end they replace the camera and the new replacement camera is working great. A shout out to Cass for great customer service and technical advice.

Great monitor, but Needed replacement
Monitor is fantastic and super clear!However, the camera stopped working after 4 months....Called Eufy customer service and spoke to Teegan and she was able to ship out a new camera ASAP ....great customer service!

Even though the trail cam did not work or capture the photos intended even on the highest sensitivity, the company provided excellent customer service in making everything right with the order.

5 star customer service
I contacted WOSPORTS customer support for an issue I had with the G100 trail camera. Kenny from WOSPORTS responded within the hour and provided excellent customer service that totally resolved my issue. Five stars for great support!

Great Service
The camera works great so far. The housing broke after about two uses, but I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one right away! I like that I can hear trail sounds when I ride, but it does not like the wind. Maybe I need some kind of wind guard. I would give it 5 stars, but the housing broke pretty quickly so I can't. The customer service gets 5 stars for sure.
