The price for this camera is unbelievable and I was even skeptical at first but it's awesome! I got two of them and they are both amazing with decent battery life, plenty of accessories, and quality image.Perfect alternative to the go pro for basic action cam filming!

Bought this to spy on my chicks who have recently moved into their coop from the brooder. Wanted to see if any predators were attempting to dig/break in. Feeling good about the motion detection as the chicks trigger it in early morning when they come out for breakfast. The app has worked every time and I can connect from inside my house so the advertised range seems accurate. Easy to download pictures wirelessly. Happy with my purchase!

This pair of trail cams are the first trail cams I have ever bought and I do not have anything to compare it to. So far I am Extremely Happy with this product, as you can see in these pictures they are clear, they were taken using the 16mb mode. The first 3 pics are from one camera and the second 3 are from a different one. We have had a good bit of rain this week (Oct 26-30 ) and I will be checking to see if any has gotten into the units. The only issue and its not really an issue its the information bar across the bottom, I would prefer it across the top. I am thinking about getting another pair of these trail cams because they seem to be working really good and are not too expensive.

What convinced me to buy this were the Amazon reviews and the functionality. So far, it seems to be exactly as advertised and my father in law loves it as well.

When I was mowing my lawn last week, I noticed an interesting hole in the ground. I wondered what could possibly be living there. So I picked up this trail cam to help me figure it out.The trail cam takes eight AA batteries. Fortunately, it came with eight batteries. The trail cam also has a barrel jack outlet for a 2A 6V barrel jack connector. I didn't have anything that would fit it, so I was unable to test how well the barrel jack works.The camera has multiple modes of capture. On the first night, I accidentally set it to "time-lapse mode". It did exactly what it said and took a time-lapse of the yard. What was cool is that the recorded video showed the time of day and the temperature of the area. When the sun hit the trail cam just right, the temperature would read erroneously high. Much to my disappointment, I did not see what lived in that hole in the time-lapse.I corrected the trail cam settings to do a video capture when it detected motion. This for the most part worked. It captured a video of when a leaf fell near the mysterious hole in the ground. However, it did not capture the occupant of the hole. I tried a few more nights and have concluded that the hole is probably vacant.I'm impressed with this camera. It is easy to use, the video is clear, it does detect motion, and having the temperature and time embedded in the video is a nice touch that provides context.

For the price it can't be matched this would be my first go pro style camera so I am new but impressed. I got it for a web cam and let me tell you it doesn't disappoint.

I had to get my husband another one of these he uses it for his trail cam I accidentally put the first through the wash.
