Does what the posting claims. Using the Kasa app, setting it up was easy. Scheduling On/Off times was easy and the motion detect seems to work fine. The power cord points straight down from a recessed pocket in the lower back side of the camera. Could be mounted virtually flat against a wall or whatever. IR illumination is distinctly visible to the naked eye. Camera makes a slight click when changing between existing light and IR night mode.

We were having such trouble with our camera in our driveway, until this purchase. I read a review on here about someone with a similar issue, and decided to give it a shot. It was our last resort, until returning all cameras. Wow what a difference! Not one issue since installing the Chime!

I purchased this camera for its under water capability. It does a great job and takes a great photo. I love all the accessories that come with it as well. The remote control and WIFI capabilities are also a plus. It is really easy to share pictures and videos of my underwater adventures. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I liked pretty much everything about this camera. It has excellent, hiqh quality HD (2560x1440) video in vivid color. The night vision was clear and I could see well beyond what I needed to see. The pan, tilt, and zoom worked like a charm as did the preset function. The more I used it, the more handy features I discovered. It was quite simple to install on my network and the mobile app worked great. Also, it was quite easy to connect it to a trial version of BlueIris. It maintained a strong and steady wireless connection for about two weeks and then suddenly, the connections became intermittent at best. I had to reinstall it on my computer several time in order to obtain a connection, only to immediately lose it again and have to go through the entire process once more. I ruled out a poor wireless signal from my network, since all of my many other wireless devices continued to work like a charm. Since it had worked so flawlessly for two weeks, I assume that something must have burned out on it or broken. Consequently, I ended up returning it to Amazon.com.I still think this was an excellent camera that just stopped working properly, Consequently, I only knocked off one star. I am now attempting to decide whether to reorder another of the same camera or a different one.Revised Review: Here are some additional comments on this camera. The description provided above is still correct except for the problem with the wifi connection. As I mentioned above, I was thinking about reordering another of the same camera. After several days of research, I have decided that this continues to be the best camera for me. There are others very similar to this one, but each seemed to have some subtle differences that I didn't care for, so once again I decided on this one. That turned out to be a good decision.Upon testing this camera, I had a problem with the zoom function that needed to be resolved before I did a permanent mount. I emailed JideTech about the problem, but after a few hours and before they could respond the zoom started to work as expected.This camera has maintained a strong and steady wifi connection since I installed it, so the problem with the first camera was probably a fluke caused by something burning out as I thought. I do not expect this problem to recur.The first night after I got it set up I noticed that the night vision was a bit out of focus. Since I had set it up in BlueIris and had noticed a couple of focus buttons in the software, I experimented with them a bit and I got the image to an acceptable focus. I had noticed one reviewer had said that there was no way to adjust the focus, but it is possible in BlueIris and CamHiPro to make this adjustment.I have two cameras installed in BlueIris. One is very inexpensive. When images from both cameras are on the screen at the same time, the differences in the images between the two become very obvious. The colors are much more vivid in the JideTech camera. I am far from an expert, but it seems pretty obvious to me that the JideTech camera uses much higher quality optics.The bottom line is that if you are looking for a quality PTZ wifi camera, you won't go wrong with this one.

 I bought this thinking it wasn’t going to be adequate but I was wrong! This thing is easy to set up, easy to mount (I screwed it into a tree) charges fine and maintains a charge well (I bought extra lithium batteries, it can take 3 more... haven’t needed it) the picture is excellent even in night mode. The motion detection is great, but know that shadows of trees blowing in the wind will set it off. Sensitivity is really more the amount of time motion is detected before it starts recording, not some sensitivity to motion per se. But with the cloud I just have it on high sensitivity and it records away. If something happens you can always go back. You need the cloud. You can’t download images from the SD card wirelessly to your phone or computer, only can be done with cloud storage. Now all they need to add is motion following technology. But that would add a lot to the price. Really an amazing camera I will likely buy another one soon.

I live in the woods in Oregon and, as a single person, feel the need for security cameras. I have literally tried every brand that I could find for sale through Amazon and I keep coming back to Zumimall. Their cameras have outlasted the other brands and by far have much better quality. They even work well with my sketchy internet service here in the woods. I now have 5 Zumimall cameras and will continue to use only this brand. Thank you Zumimall...The price is affordable and the quality is excellent!

It's small with a night light below the device. Has improved my cameras connection to full bars from a very week signal. I have double brick walls and this extender helps
