This camera is perfect for its price range. Very simple to set up and the picture quality is on par with any other trail cam out there. I would highly recommend.

Works on Mac if you change settings
It's important to note that if you use this on a Mac with Yosemite, you need to go into System Preferences -> Sound, click on Output (at the top of the window) and change 'Select a Sound For Sound Output' to USB. The same needs to be done for Input if you plan to use the microphone outlet.When you're done using the device, change the Output & Input back to the default settings, Internal. If you don't, you won't hear any sound from the internal speaker or be able to use the internal mic.It would be nice if Sabrent mentioned this in their documents, but they don't.

If you don't need super high res, this is a great
Good quality optics, good light compensation, good auto focus. No frills.I don't use the internal microphone, so I can't comment on it.The clip on the back is not spring loaded. It's designed to gently grab a monitor of any thickness up to about 1", by friction fit only. It holds, but not firmly. So don't touch it once you have it adjusted. The surfaces of the clip that touch the monitor are covered in rubber, so it won't scratch. It overhangs the top of the monitor by about 1/2", so it won't block the screen of any monitor with a bezel of 1/2 ".

Great picture quality, but beware of audio issues
The camera is very easy to use, just plug it in and go. I've used it with both Windows 10 and ChromeOS. The mounting bracket is easy to adjust, and the privacy cover is a nice feature.I've had multiple coworkers tell me that my video quality is excellent on our webcasts, so that's good.My only complaint is that sometimes the microphone doesn't initialize correctly when the camera becomes active , and I have to unplug and plug it back in several times before it works correctly - that's why I'm giving it 4 stars rather than 5.

very good monitor, great customer support
Love the video quality. Have not had the same experience with range as others report and could wish signal strength were better. Audio quality is not as good as video, seems like better microphone would help. Like that the antenna is integral--we used to have Levana monitors and kept breaking off the antenna. This is an upgrade over that competitor, for sure. Very responsive customer service (also WAY better than Levana)--wanted a flat wall mount instead of the corner mount supplied in the box. A quick phone call and they had it to us in a few days with no charge.

Comfortable and awesome clarity
I work from home and needed something that was easier on my head & ears then my previous headset. I chose this one because the ear part looked bigger. It definitely helped and has taken the pressure off of my jaw bone & temple- my other headset kept triggering migraines. These have been perfect. I love the microphone- no one has complained they can’t hear me.These are perfect for what I needed and definitely would recommend for long term wear.Picture added to show you can’t hear eye rolling over the phone!

Easy to Use and Clear Image!
This is a very simple device to use. I liked the fact that no app or internet connection was necessary, especially since ours tends to shut off often. It gives peace of mind as well knowing no one can hack in to see our home. This device has helped us immensely in caretaking for family. The screen image is clear, even at night when it’s dark, and the lighting is adjustable. The microphone and speaker on both ends is clear and easy to hear. The monitor and camera are about 30 feet from each other in our home. This is a great purchase… especially if you want “simple”.

Big improvement from gen 1
Setting the DAC to 96khz and 24bit in Windows 10 audio settings, wow what a difference with everything (music, games, video, etc.)... They also ditched their gen 1 proprietary headset cable for a 3.5mm, while also ditching the poorly designed micro-usb for the far superior usb-c... Got it on sale and would highly recommend for the price.P.S. Also make sure the 3.5mm cable is inserted in the headset or DAC the correct way, follow instruction manual... I failed to do this and it worked but the microphone did not work until I reversed the cable... Hope this helps somebody...

Excellent Picture Quality and Video Smoothness
This is an excellent camera, overall. 60 fps streaming is very good. The website states this camera is capable of up to 90 fps, but I've yet to see that option offered to me in any app. Don't need that, anyway.Despite the excellent video quality, the stereo microphones are only average. They're perfectly fine for casual speech projects, but for professional work I'd recommend adding a dedicated microphone, such as the Yeti.I strongly recommend not using the internal microphones for live music settings. Technically, the frequency response is adequate for music, but the resulting sound (to the listener) tends towards flat and boxy.
