Update the APP!
I was trouble shooting this device for almost an hour. I read the instruction booklet and used the QR code to download the app, and followed all the steps laid out at least 10x. Word of advice: Do NOT use the QR code to download the app. It is a link to an old version of the APP and it does not work. After looking up the app on the play store, I noticed that there was an update available, so I installed it. And it works! I was able to set up my roller shade remote to the app by setting it to the same RF frequency. There is only 3 buttons though, on, off, and stop. Once broadlink skill was linked to alexa, I am now able to open and close the blinds with my voice by saying "turn on blinds" or "turn off blinds".
