The bulb is bright and vibrant. Install via the product app was a little tricky but once I ran it through the SmartLife app it was a breeze. Alexa integration was simple and easy. Product for price was a good value. I will be buying more of these bulbs.

My only other smart device is a thermostat, so I was nervous to make a decision about smart bulbs. I put both of these in my dining room chandelier and they were so easy took hook up. I don't use Alexa, so I downloaded the company's plus/minus app and it was so easy. I tried to sync both bulbs to the app at the same time and that didn't work, so I took one bulb out of the fixture and it synced right away. Then, I added the 2nd bulb to the fixture and it synced. I didn't have to remove the 1st to install the 2nd.I bought this because it's getting darker early again and I don't have any lamps to hook up to a timer. I'm bad at remembering to leave a light on for my dogs, so I'm using this for the schedule feature. It's great! It also has wake up/go to sleep schedule so the light fades in and out, so it's not a harsh on/off. That's probably a great setting for a kids room if they light to fall asleep with the light on. The amount of controls this light has, means that you'll find any shade of color that you want. Every color option has a dimming option, so it really is a true rainbow of options.

Most of my smart bulbs are warm white only, but I wanted to get a pair of color changing lights for the heck of it. These were at a great price and work very well with Alexa. Like another reviewer mentioned, you can just use the SmartLife skill if you already have it. I was able to set color, etc. with the Plusminus skill with no problem. But, I disabled it just to keep things easier with routines, etc.

I love these bulbs! It was easy to install, I can turn my lights on from anywhere with my phone. So many colors and themes.
