Had all of the HDMI ports on my 7 y/o Vizio smart TV blow out, and getting this thing along with a male-to-male VGA adapter saved me from having to get a new TV. No noticeable loss of picture quality, either.

First, if you have set up Harmony remotes before, this one is similar, unless you are using it to replace another remote, in which case it is super easy, just a matter of allowing the device to copy the settings from the information stored about the other remote. Once set up, the macro operations (watch TV, watch movies, etc) are easy, but to do anything on an individual device (volume, change channels, etc), you have to find the item on the phone app. It all works, but it can be somewhat tedious. The Alexa integration also does a great job on macro operations, but I really haven't gone much beyond that. For the price, it does what it's supposed to do and does allow you to control your stuff without fishing through 3 or 4 remotes........

I was looking for one machine to replace two and this one is perfect. It’s handsome. Works great. And, the price was significantly better than in my local box stores. I did watch the price because it went up and down.

This Tribit X speaker took about 2 minutes to pair with uur smart tv. Big sound and high quality no tininess to speaker sound very satisfied

Finally found headphones long enough to watch tv. The cord and the headphones allow me to watch tv in comfort from the couch. There is plenty of stretch, they are comfortable on your head and ears and the sound quality is very good. The volume control is close to the top so easy to reach. Works well. Very good product.

I am thrilled with this unit and the associated apps for smart phones and tablets.I was put off by some of the other reviews but I needed a universal remote that would work by either wireless network or RF. I have cisco cable box and Onkyo receiver in the bottom of a step-back hutch where they are hidden behind doors. The TV is mounted above in the top of the hutch. I had tried using Samsung remote to control these items through the TV. I was not satisfied with the Samsung control. Calls to their support group indicated that the control software issues might or might not ever be fixed. Programming the Harmony remote for each of the activities was pretty simple. Watch TV activity turns on and controls the Cable box and the Onkyo receiver with IR from the Home Hub and the TV is turned and controlled with the supplied IR blaster. All the individual functions for all the equipment work great. For example, when watching TV I can bring up the cable box menu and review recorded programs. When listening to music I can select "home" for the Onkyo receiver then select network and Pandora or other internet music and then select the specific music channel I want. The app on the Apple ipad is great and easy to use. I love having favorite TV channels by icon rather than having to remember four digit channel numbers. My only caution is make sure you know what you want/need and what each of the different hubs do. The only drawback is that the Home hub currently does not have a remote (this is supposed to be available in 2015). Other than lack of a remote for guests, I couldn't be happier.

It controls everything I have (pioneer receiver, apple tv, lg tv, ps4, accuphase amphi etc) without any problem. Only initial setup takes some time but all scenarios ( play tv, watch movie etc) works perfect.

Set up took just a few minutes and they were ready to use. I am using it with Apple TV and it works great! I can watch TV at night and not disturb anyone else.
